    Daniels far and away was the best QB in this class. His ability to quickly read a defense. He can throw into coverage and thread the needle. He remains calm in all situations and has unreal escapability. He's complete.

      Thats absolutely not true. His All-22 film shows the opposite. He constantly bailed the pocket after his first read (on a completely simplified offense. Look it up) and took off running with several open targets down field. And he absolutely doesn't "thread the needle" Theres little to no driving the ball down the center of the field splitting zones. Definitely very few darts into tight windows. Stop watching cherry picked highlight reels.

      @@hermitrob5481it makes me absolutely sick that he was the pick. Everyone thinks I’m a hater for saying what you said. He was maybe my least favorite of the top 8

    Jayden excellent college player. In the NFL everyone is a excellent player in every position on both sides of the ball. Will see. I think it will be good if he lives in the weight room everyday until week 1.💪🏿

      Bro his footwork can be fixed. Daniels isn’t going through his reads. He takes off and runs when he has open wrs. I’m absolutely sick that Daniels was the pick.

    Potential gets you fired. Im going with the 50 and 4 guy in the SEC not the 24 - 9 guy in the ACC lol ........ Simple math

      It’s more to it than team record, but I agree with you on going with the floor guy over ceiling guy when it comes to the commanders.

      @@courtsideviewpodcastnfl bro Daniels floor is rg3 not Lamar. Not pick Maye or JJ will be the biggest mistake this teams made in 20 years.

      @@courtsideviewpodcastnfl nah bro those are stats. Jayden 50 touchdowns to 4 picks. Drake Maye went for 24 touchdowns and 9 picks. I like Drake Maye, but his game resembles more of a Daniel Jones Type. And if anything Daniel Jones looked better coming out of college than maye. Dont believe just watch the first 30 seconds of a daniel jones Duke highlight reel. Have a good weekend yall

      He's a sophomore, JD a 5th year player. Why don't we compare Jaydens 1st year to Drakes? Or his 2nd year to Drakes? Or his 3rd year to Drakes? Or his 4th year to Drakes? Its ugly

  • @hermitrob5481
    @hermitrob5481 6 месяцев назад +1

    What a disingenuous argument against Drake. Drake is a second year player. Jayden is a 5th year player. Drake was offered 5 million dollars on two different times from 3 SEC teams to transfer including Bama. Drake elected to stay at UNC to be loyal to his state. An ACC team with waaay less talent. That lost both their receivers to the NFL after his first year. That changed OC's and installed a whole new offense. These things matter. Why don't we compare Drakes first two years to Jaydens first 4 years? Its ugly. We hear this same "we've never seen this before" "generational talent" shit draft after draft after draft after draft with "dual threat/running/college style quarterbacks" They haven't won a thing. The league is obsessed with making them work at this level. Which they probably will as they flood the league with them and change the rules until they win by default. I would have taken Drake all day long and brought him along. His ceiling is way higher. Just has physical traits JD will never have passing and durability wise. I'm all in on JD. He's our guy. But I fear he will be exciting, like all college style QB's are off rip, but it will end badly. I pray I'm wrong.

      lol New England is a sinking ship. They will likely never come close to the success they had with Brady and Bill. And they’ll probably throw Maye into the fire and he’ll end up having a trash rookie year

    • @andrewj6256
      @andrewj6256 6 месяцев назад

      its far more likely drake maye gonna end up more of a phillip rivers than a tom brady. Jayden is gonna take over yall ovetthinking it kid has gotten better each year drake maye got worse in college. Drake maye is gonna have talent he is gonna come in and wizz some balls in some tight places but jayden might have 85 percent of the arm with a better mentality and much better footwork and speed.
