- Hi! Thanks for taking a look, we are Max and Alex. We are back with another Walt Disney World Vlog! This series was filmed in May 2024. Enjoy!

We start our day at Disney's Old Key West Resort and head to the quick service to get some breakfast, we also take our luggage to bell services who will transfer our cases over to the Grand Floridian for us. We have a little resort tour of Old Key West showing the pool area and recreation places before catching Disney's transportation over to the Animal Kingdom!
We start our day in the Animal Kingdom, once again in the merchandise store looking for a quarter zip pull over which I can't find anywhere!
Failed attempt at trying to find the pull over we head in to Dinoland to ride Dinosaur (we also see Kevin). After riding Dinosaur it's time for some aircon so we take our seats to watch The Finding Nemo show, 'nemo the big blue and beyond' which was fun to watch.
We then head on to Expedition Everest to try and catch the Yeti but sadly we are unsuccessful, still had a great ride though!
It's now time for food (we see Kevin again) and grab some lunch at the Flame Tree Barbecue, we then head over to Kilimanjaro Safari but before that we want to try a giant Mickey cookie, which was ok.
Safari time and it was great, we saw hippos living their best lives and elephants! Just off the exit of the safari is Gorilla Falls which is a walking track which I found really relaxing, going through different animal enclosures, you get to see under the water where the hippos are and one came right up to the glass, you see the gorillas up really close if you're lucky also.
It's then coffee time so we head to Starbucks, before joining the queue for Flight of Passage which is location in Pandora, world of Avatar.
Our check in time arrives so we leave the Animal Kingdom for this day and head to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa which is our next resort to stay at on this trip! We are staying here for 6 nights and have a DVC resort studio room which is located in the Big Pine Key section in room number 9424. The rooms have recently all been refurbished to this stunning Mary Poppins theme so enjoy the room tour we do! We grab some food at the Grand Floridian quick service and then head back to the room to end the vlog there!

Another great Sunday morning vlog! The Grand Floridian looks great, glad you all got to experience it for us. I feel like you should bring an empty bag that you can fill with plushes for your trips, say big enough to fit at least a giant Stitch. What do you think? Starbucks is tricky... a Venti cup holds the same amount of liquid as a grande... but the Venti costs more. It tricks you because it's taller but it's also thinner.

You guys are so lucky to stay at Grand Floridian. I have been going to Disney
World since 1981 and it has always been my dream to stay at this beautiful hotel. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Whilst on holiday in Disney last October I did venture into the hotel just to be nosey and was not disappointed, thought it quite elegant. I can only live in hope of going there one day.
YASS the back seat of Mountain Everest is the best seat ever. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 love watching this vlog.🥰🥰 Grand Floridian looks super amazing and probably top of our wish list for stays. ❤❤. Can’t wait to watch all of the vlogs for this series. They always makes us super happy. 😊 😊

Animal kingdom might be my favorite park - it's so unique and beautiful - everywhere you look there is another quietly breathtaking Vista to gaze at - one of my very special personal places is sitting on the outdoor patio of the Nomad Lounge with an iced tropical drink and just be at one with all of it.
Always fun to watch. Love sharing your adventures. Had a blast last weekend visiting the Happiest place on earth 🤗🏴☠️

Expedition Everest is my fave - the only way to make it better would be to go backwards down that final drop!!!!!!

great videos - you must have good jobs to save for these trips 😀I was there in April looking round the resorts (actually I prefer the resorts and monorail to the parks with the entry prices and complicated queuing systems!) - definitely want to stay in GF and wilderness lodge on my list but could only afford a few nights! Love watching your videos. To look for your 1/4 zip just ask a cast member in your resort to look it up and find out where on property it is available. We have had them locate things for us in the past and it save so much time and stress. I hope you find it. Enjoy your holiday. Do you plan on any videos of the Uk while you are out and about or are you strictly doing Disney?

Hey, we were at animal kingdom the same day as you! We’ve just watched your video while checking the time stamps on the photos we took from that day to see if we were anywhere near you at any point, we think we saw Kevin just before you saw her for the second time, and we think we were in the Safari truck immediately behind yours because all the animals were in the same places and the hippos were making their way across their bit of water towards the place we saw them!! We were trying to see if we could see ourselves in the background of your video but we couldn’t. We would have said hi if we saw you!

I will never spend that much money on a place where you only sleep. Cheap hotel, rent a car so you are free to go where you want. Saved me over 1000 dollars for 2 weeks.

Next time you stay at old Key West, you can call Bell services and they’ll come pick your luggage up at your room with a golf cart and drive you to the front

We stayed in a lake view last September, loved the room and the view but! The guy next door snored so loudly ,that I thought he was in bed with me ! 3 nights of no sleep 💤 I was gutted as it’s a resort I’ve always wanted to stay at ! Loved the resort, the pool was fabulous! Cocktails at the enchanted rose ! Walked to mnsshp and home again !
Oh no! I’ve heared the walls can be very thin. We were lucky and had a very end room and the family just the one side were quiet.

We're off in October and planning to vlog the whole adventure. We're just wondering what camera equipment you use? We currently have a GoPro Hero 11 but not sure how that would hold up with Vlogging. Any advice would be great 😊

Was your room close to the main building at OKW? We are very far from the main building and I don’t relish thought of walking bags there!
Hi, yes it was classed as a ‘close to hospitality’ room located just over the bridge. Bell services will take your bags to the room for you🤗just a tip as well the Disney Springs bus starts at the main ‘hospitality house’ so if you need to get back to your room from there hop on the Disney Springs bus then that will go around the resort stopping at the different bus stops. The park busses go in the opposite.
I thought that was the case. We are at turtle pond-no one I am walking them over!LOL

Why are their 2 beds in this room and your previous hotel? Aren’t you a couple?
Because that’s how Disney designed the room🤷♂️😂
