Having owned a Ural,. they are a great package, especially if you like camping, they badly need a fifth (forward) gear though.

There is a reverse shift lever that extends up by the tank that is available. There is also a forward and reverse shift kit available that allows you to shift by hand.
Gotta ask- with the current sanctions on Russia where do you get spare parts?
