I love how all these people sleep together in a communal place, share the sauna, gym, storage, etc, and then immediately start killing each other right when they enter the city.
Tutorial should've started with the combat, healing etc then spawn endless waves and have these guys save you. Show, don't tell. Also, it would allow the NPC conversations with you to treat you like a badass, or even have some who straight out don't trust a killing machine like you. Then talk about how they have to keep an eye on less emotional people because they'll stick you like a pig the second their logic dictates.
Dev telling people it's not a scam before it releases and was an obvious scam is easily one of the funniest things I've seen in gaming history. Everyone wanted a zombie survival MMO with some PvP elements and what we got was a shitty extraction shooter where the zombies feel like a total afterthought. So yeah, basically a scam.
Honestly, design isn't the word I would use for the framework this "game" has. Its just random shit with no link to each other thrown into an empty world with 0 content.

Would be cool to see a system in place, (referencing Days Gone), where at certain times of the day, the siren would signal that a horde of zombies were coming, and they would migrate through the city along the street from one end to the other. They could have a couple groups branching off randomly here and there to make it more interesting and you have to stay hidden while they pass, or alert them if near by players are trying to attack you and use them as a getaway to exfil. My opinion though of course.

Bro was bidding $1000s on server listing websites and had me doing the sketchiest shit lol.
TikTok is the same, last I heard. It adds fake interactions to boost users feeling of success so that they'll continue to make content. I truly think half of the stuff you see on certain channels/ apps is fake.
