Those Who are Saying Reservation is Based on Economic Conditions they are fools. Reservation exist because of casteism and caste based discriminations. If Anyone really want to end reservation first they have to end casteism, caste system, caste based discrimination.
Do you even know why reservation was offered by constitution? It was offered only to provide opportunity of adequate representation for weaker sections who could not have reached to such a situation to get jobs and education by themselves. But, today it is being said by people like you that it is a counter to casteism. Constitution makers too knew reservation will dent merit based qualification but still provided reservation because it was felt necessary. It is definitely against merit that is why it is capped by max 50%. Anywhere you find more than 50% is only because Supreme Court allowed those states to increase quota because these modifications targeted tribes and castes which has remained out of contact from mainstream society till now and this was proved in court. Those states which will fail achieving such criteria will never be allowed to have more than 50% reservation. You need to learn more on this topic. Reservation is not a counter to casteism. It is just a necessity which gave opportunity to weaker sections.

The caste based reservation actually promotes discrimination, the political definition of equality means state ( government) should provide equal opportunity for development. Noone follows caste system in today's society. There are many intercaste and interstate marriages that have become acceptable, as long as child is capable. We are not against reservation. I respect Dr.Bheem Rao and his genuine desire to end caste based discrimination BUT even he didn't made the clause of reservation as a permanent part of the Constitution. Give reservation but to DESERVED not the already privileged ones. The SCs STs living in Bungalow are taking reservation but the one who is struggling to even arrange one time meal for themselves and their families are not. Give them their deserved right. Also introduce the concept of CREAMY LAYER in reservation based quota. And make it financial based. In that matter we can not only eradicate the ideology of casteism as Poverty prefers no specefic caste , gender or religion . After 75 years of independence we need to give up Caste based ideology. Because no matter who it is directed to CASTE SYSTEM IS BAD even if it is towards generals.
@@ankitpaliya8656If we look closely then we realise that it can also be the one of exception as well as the wrong practice, which do not relate with reservation whether it is based on financial criteria or the current criteria . What I think is if there will be the financial criteria for reservation it will serve it's purpose as the needful will gets the benefits and if someone is already having well financial status in the society then they will not face such social backwardness and they will have more power(legally) to enforce their rights . Reservation based on financial criteria doesn't mean that the sc/st or obc will not get the benefits as they are getting now rather it only makes sure that there will be no inclusive errors (which means only the needful will gets the benefits).

Reservation ensures representation of talented Dalits, Adivasis, Women etc. which comprises of 90% population of India. On the other side, there are 10% general category people who have over representation in govt. jobs, judiciary, media etc. One example - Out of 89 union secretaries in India, there are 85 union secretaries of general category which is more than 95% of the total number of union secretaries but they are only 10% i.e. they have over representation and on the other hand, there are 90% people of India who have less than 5% representation there.

Caste and religion must be removed ..And education and medical facilities must be reasonable rate and free ..Books should be provided free ..one rule for all ..talent must be given more apportuinites and govt must invest in making education better ..free wifi all over can solve many education problems ...

Reservation quota for the Dons,Tauts,VVIPs,VIPs,Father-family, Apointing or admiting phonics, must be stopped in Government and in semi Government sectors which are/ were running since long(post Independent periods)which were started by Pandit jaharlal Nehru as per official documents, records, can be proven.
Reservation should be provided who has need as well as deserve. Reservation shouldn't be only monitory. It can be by other means also. Or may be emotional support or motivation. Reservation should be just like nurturing not making dependent. Help worthy please to grow & fulfil their life.

It would have been very good if the applicant had been given reservation after looking at the condition of the applicant at that time instead of making the reservation hereditary. Now those who get jobs with these facilities, most of them come from rich families. Because most of his family members are doing good jobs with these benefits. It is looking very sad when I see that my friend is getting a job as a son of a very rich family despite getting less marks than me, but his life would have been very good even if he didn't have a job.

Do you even know why reservation was offered by constitution? It was offered only to provide opportunity of adequate representation for weaker sections who could not have reached to such a situation to get jobs and education by themselves. But, today it is being said by people like you that it is a counter to casteism. Constitution makers too knew reservation will dent merit based qualification but still provided reservation because it was felt necessary. It is definitely against merit that is why it is capped by max 50%. Anywhere you find more than 50% is only because Supreme Court allowed those states to increase quota because these modifications targeted tribes and castes which has remained out of contact from mainstream society till now and this was proved in court. Those states which will fail achieving such criteria will never be allowed to have more than 50% reservation. You need to learn more on this topic. Reservation is not a counter to casteism. It is just a necessity which gave opportunity to weaker sections.

We are not against reservation. I respect Dr.Bheem Rao and his genuine desire to end caste based discrimination BUT even he didn't made the clause of reservation as a permanent part of the Constitution. Give reservation but to DESERVED not the already privileged ones. The SCs STs living in Bungalow are taking reservation but the one who is struggling to even arrange one time meal for themselves and their families are not. Give them their deserved right. Also introduce the concept of CREAMY LAYER in reservation based quota. And make it financial based. In that matter we can not only eradicate the ideology of casteism as Poverty prefers no specefic caste , gender or religion . After 75 years of independence we need to give up Caste based ideology. Because no matter who it is directed to CASTE SYSTEM IS BAD even if it is towards generals.

What I think is if there will be the financial criteria for reservation it will serve it's purpose as the needful will gets the benefits and if someone is already having well financial status in the society then they will not face such social backwardness and they will have more power(legally) to enforce their rights .
