I love Von Duprin. While I do have other manufacturers exit devices in my building, Von Duprin is mostly all I use. Siblings and Nieces facility only has Von Duprin. My Nurses and Friendship facility too only has Von Duprin. Von Duprin is my fail safe manufacturer for exit devices. Von Duprin is my go to for exit devices. Reliable, dependable, rugged, quality, versatile, and well built exit devices are what my building security depends on and therefore, Von Duprin is my fail safe manufacturer for exit devices. I always say to myself, "If in doubt about an exit, use Von Duprin." They need to come up with a surface vertical cable device. That would be the day.

Thanks for sharing. We do have the concealed cable, what would a surface cable option provide that a rod doesn't?
