When you see behind the scenes footage or even Instagram stories/snaps they always seem to be standing next to each other, joking and pranking - also Dom always talks like he knows Kat so well, so I really think Dom is that way in front of the camera where the interview would get a lot of attention. Kat is so lovely and sweet, I don't get why anyone could not like her? So yeah, maybe he acts that way because he doesn't want people to read too much into their friendship.
