they should definitely add Cipher Pol as a sub-faction you can potentially join after becoming a high lvl Marine. once you reach Vice admiral you can either continue being a marine and continue to admiral rank or branch off and become a member of cipher Pol through a quest. After doing a special quest or whatever you'd lose the rank of vice admiral and be placed in CP1(you'd gain the black agent outfit with glasses and hat) you'd be open to doing special quests that differ marine quests. -Npc or player assassination quests. -Retrieving stolen assets quests -island control quests Ect Each time you rank up you'd go up a class labeled CP1-9 Throughout the Cipher pol ranks you can be taught rokushiki techniques(outside of skywalk)here's some ideas I had for what they can do (CP1-3) Iron body-take a defensive stance reducing all incoming dmg for a duration Paper art - Evasive bar fills up faster for a short duration and resets when you successfully dodge an atk(can't be used with shave) (CP4-7) Tempest kick -Gain 3 charges. throw out a blade of air, holding down the skill will launch all 3 continously(can be used in the air) (CP8) Finger pistol - lunge forward and stab with a powerful thrust of your finger(has hyperarmor) holding down the skill will launch a barrage of finger pistols but won't have hyperarmor and won't lunge you forward and will continously drain stamina (CP9) Shave-Your dodge is replaced with a teleporting effect and the distance of your dodge is increased for a duration(can't be used with paper art) (Reach CP0 rank to unlock) Six king gun-release a powerful Shockwave atk after a windup that cripples the target(has hyperarmor) breaks through guard & disables their geppo afterwards for a short duration(can be used in the air) Once you reach CP9 tier you can do another special(and difficult quest) to become a CP0 agent. Upon completing the quest you'd gain access to the final rokushiki technique, gain the White outfit(mask included) and would have custom decorations for your Ship to let others know your a CP0 ship and not just a normal Marine ship. And as a secret passive CP0 agents will deal more dmg with Rokushiki techniques than any other faction. That can potentially be just one form of progression for the marines outside of just becoming an admiral, what yall think?
i kind of agree with the fighting style with races but people can learn fishman karate make certain ones available and some not, they should add stats like leg power and arm power etc
Yes something like that or if your not that race you can only learn a couple moves or something but not have it as strong as the original races fighting style
