i even cover my foot switch and the cable of the foot switch ,becuase when you travel and tattoo ,the floor and the ink that spills out of the tattooing proces we or you might touch it with the feet and then at the end when're packing your equipment in your boxes then theirs goes your dirty foot switch into your box or your back pack or where ever you pack your equiment at! so! thats why i cover the foot switch in the shop and on conventions also!!good videos any ways !!thanks for helpping out the industry!!!!....
Great Channel and content guys. How about the rinse cup? And I use the exact same procedure but I ball everything up, palm it and pull my gloves over, then chug it in the bin. Thanks for great tips// choose tattoo equipment.
We have a clean and dirty sink in tattoo area so rinse cup content goes in a dirty sink. I know there are products now to pour into liquids and they turn into some sort of jelly. Some people I've seen would just put a bunch of paper towels in a cup and bin it(not sure how I feel about that)
Pulling glove over saves space in a bin :) I stopped doing that because sometimes there's more than glove can fit and things can go not the way you planned.
I heard rumours from my mentor that a tattoo artist in Germany went to the toilet to shit in the tattoo shop and his client got an infection because shit molecules got under his nails. Sounds crazy but you always have to be overcareful. Keep up the good work with this channel beside tattooing as well Best wishes LichDesign
I don't throw the needle packs. I put back the needles then i bend them and throw in wraps i used for setup. This way they won't hurt anyone when thrown out. There are people in my country who earns their money from recycleable items in garbage and naked thrown needles can hurt them.
Let me ask where are you from? In most of Europe we use sharp bins for needles and then they are given for proper disposal. I heard people using bottles in some situations where to collect them and never they have been thrown in a regular rubbish.
It's good that you think about other people not stabbing them still I would recommend to look for sharp bins because that package method might not be too secure.
Yes yes... It's not a video on cross contamination control ... it's on general idea. Still valid point even not required by local standards (unfortunately) Thank you for your input.
Both gloves at all times don't know if you have small cuts you are not aware of
Very good point

Wooooah first comment. Awesome content. Also clipcord bit you can do in the end so you dont touch anything clean after.
+mads schrøder good good. Very good way of doing it. And thanks for sharing it with us
is it safe to clean rotary pen machine with madacide wipes after a tattoo ?
Yes but you have to look into it because they can mess with some parts on a machine
I use clip cord covers to cover my lamp. Just cause its easiest to remove after.
you used the clip cord ... and what about the RCA with cheyenne thunder ?
I have a recent video that covers this topic - safe cartridge machine setup.
@@TattooShopTalk thanks a lot ... !!
This helped a lot ,thankyou !
Very important part before setting the station: washing hands :)
Washing hands in general seems like a rare practice these days. Thanks for pointing it out.
