what you had to go through is basically everyone with a passport from a third world country has to go through to get a visa of a western country. you have to book flight tickets and hotels in advance to even be eligible to apply for a visa, and on top of that there's usually a $200-300 visa application fee. the world is not as open for millions of people s you might think. GODDDD i wish i had a western passport 😭
