Also some tips:
You move the sail in the direction the wind is going to go faster.
The voyages will always be on islands close to the outpost you got it at.
The voyages that you pay for will have 2 to 3 maps that are riddles or just a map of the island.
The ones that dont cost anything will have 1 map.
Seagulls will fly above shipwrecks that you can dive down to and get sunken treasure and supplies.

When I watched this, my amazon echo actually reacted when Robin said "Alexa next song" and it started playing music and scared the crap out of me

The mirror is created sometime in 1800, so during the golden age of piracy (1600-700) where I assume the game is at, there were no mirrors as we know it - mirrors at the time were made of very clear glass. But the concept of mirrors exists since shit-tonne-of-time-BC. We're speaking ancient Egypt and shit - They were polished bronze disks with a handle at the time.
So yeah... information no one really cared to know...
Anyway. I waited for that game, but now I'm not sure if I'll like it. I'd love it if you show some more of it.
The most similar mirror analog back in the day was fine polished silver disks. Obviously expensive and highly susceptible to corrosion, hence the rarity of them and the degradation of those that were found.
This game has a friggin sniper rifle in it, I don't think they care about historical accuracy.

I love the atmosphere.. like the graphics are not that detailed or anything but it's just so beautiful when you're sailing towards the sunset and the whole crew plays a diddy..

It's not that the graphics aren't detailed necessarily, they're just stylized, which makes it so much better. You can look at the water in this game, a sunrise and sunset, the sun shining through the leaves on an island... it really is beautiful.

Just a suggestion...and it may make it more fun, you and Robin should use Nautical Jargon the next time you play this game, or any pirate or sailing game. :)
Here's a quick list and lesson from a 14-year US Navy Veteran:
Left = Port (easy way to remember, Left & Port = 4 letters)
Right = Starboard
Fore = Forward
Aft = Back
Bow = Front end of the ship
Stern = Rear end of the ship
Aloft = Up in the riggings/crows nest
Hull = Watertight body of the ship.
Keel = Bottom structure of a ship's hull.
Topside = On the ship's main weather deck.
Below = The lower decks of the ship. (Like the phrase "going below decks")
Decks = Defines the various decks on ships
Waterline = Where the water reaches up on the hull.
Bilge = The underwater part of a ship between the flat of the bottom and the vertical topsides.
Spar = A pole of wood, metal or lightweight materials used in the rigging of a sailing vessel to carry or support its sail.
Mast = A tall spar, or arrangement of spars, erected more or less vertically on the centre-line of a ship or boat to carry sails, spars, and derricks, and giving necessary height to a navigation light, look-out position, signal yard, control position, radio aerial or signal lamp.
Yard (or Yard Spar) = A spar on a mast from which sails are set.
Yardarm = The end of a yard spar below a sail.
Windward = The side or direction from which wind blows.
Leeward = The side or direction away from the wind.
Rope = Line
Weigh Anchor = Raise the anchor to sail
To Anchor = Drop Anchor
Some more modern nautical terms you can also use for fun;
Head = Bathroom
Scuttlebutt = Water fountain
Naturally, these don't exist on a pirate ship, but it is still fun to throw around with friends. ^_^
