I've tried several of these security camera and not been impressed. However, this one sounds really complete and the various features are pretty inclusive. I like the fact that the video keeps playing as long as there is movement. I've had some that only give you a picture or short video. Your video was really explanatory and complete. I’ve got same camera … I did purchase the monthly subscription … but I’m not getting any notifications? Can’t figure out why. I’ve got notifications set up. Using app on iPhone. Thanks.
@@marycomer1978 Please check App permissions on the phone. Once you allow it, you should get a pop up message everytime there is activity being recorded by the camera.
@@selmateacher7 I had permissions set up for notifications but … after talking to the help desk and going through all the steps with him, it turned out to be an issue with iPhone version I was using! There were some extra steps that needed to be made in iPhone settings which would then allow the CloudEdge app notifications through. I’m on version 17.3.1. I found the steps needed to correct the problem by googling the issue. 😁 I’m now even happier with my security camera! 👍
