Me watching: Write that down! Write that down! New to mystic after recently hitting 692gs and after playing almost every class, it’s hands down my favorite for 1v1 or 1vX. Finally found my new main after 130 days played on musa lol
Your movement is incredible. I've been playing Mystic on console for over a year and a half, and watching this video made me feel like a total novice. The big thing I take away here is that, you're aware that Mystic suffers in 1 vs X. So you don't try to always go for the kill. Rather, you engage, mess up around 3-5 other players, and then sometimes move on to the next mob. You don't get greedy. Whereas, if you find yourself in a 1 v1 or a 1 v 2, you stay with the fight and are able to combo them in about 2 to 3 moves. I also see that you mainly engage with Sea Burial or a Flash Step into Roaring Tiger. And that you live in your SA rotations or I-frame dashes whenever you're in-between engagements. My problem is trying to always go for the kill. It's diving into a crowd and trying to 1 v 1 someone, meanwhile half his guild is all around me and I get quickly nuked from behind or on the side. It's not knowing when to get out of the fracas and move on. I'm also not as good with camera reposition as you. Would love to hear more of your thoughts on my assessments and fill me in on anything else I'm missing about your engagements and movement style.
I'll personally chip them down slowly most of the time, or give a quick burst if there's an opening, although sometimes I'd try to be cheeky with a high risk high reward play. You should never dive into a crowd, rather, try and pull a few away, ideally it's better to play around your teammates, having more gear allows me to go solo for some of the clips, knowing when to get out will probably be your skill cooldown management, along with your stamina and more importantly your map since it gives a lot of value information, and see what are the classes that you're up against in that scenario. There's a lot of multi tasking but the effort pays off when you do pop off.

In terms of 1v1, they're about the same. Awakening has more sustains and utilities such as slows and vacuums but not as much burst potential as Succession. Succession on the other hand is more fluid in my opinion, really smooth flows with bigger burst damage but lacks in the AOE / Sustain / Utility department. TLDR: Play whatever you want. It's personal preference. 1v1 is the same, but in terms of large scale then awakening for main ball, succession in the flex role.
I swapped out to duo capotia belt and pen capotia necklace with 2x chimera earrings, then I have the food buffs to hit the requirement- not the most optimal but I just kinda wing it LOL
Depends on the ap bracket you’ll be at, so it’ll most likely be around 281ap ish, seems okay, the build depends on your region too since some has more people running accuracy than the other, so people tend to go hybrid / full eva depending.
@@Draqona Thanks! Because in the rbf, I basically rushed in and the HP instantly returned to zero, so I wonder if I can increase the dp will it be better, if I change to the centaurus, my gs is 285k/390
@@largefatheadsaltedfish7860 you cant just see your dp like that, head over to bdoplanner and see exactly what dr/eva you have, the number itself is just your dp bracket that gives additional DR %. I dont really see a lot of mystics going to DR, it’s just a few of them, not saying it isnt viable but it’ll be better if you either go full evasion or hybrid to make full use of her evasion passives.
