    Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 oz cream cheese
    1 large egg
    3/4 cup almond flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    Step 1
    Combine the mozzarella cheese, and the cream cheese in a medium bowl,
    microwave for 30 seconds, mix and microwave another 30 seconds and mix
    again.
    Step 2
    Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, and Italian seasoning, and, or any other
    herbs or seasonings of your choice. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork to
    combine and it begins to cool.
    Step 3
    On a lightly floured surface knead the dough into a ball., then place on a pizza stone
    ( or pizza pan of your choice ), and work it out into a circle.
    Step 4
    Bake on 425 for 13 to 15 minutes.
    Step 5
    Spread out the sauce and begin adding your favorite toppings, bake an additional
    10 minutes, or till your desired doneness.
