The management fee is about 1,500 yuan per month. The water and electricity fee is calculated according to different grades. The water fee is about 1.63 yuan per ton, and the electricity fee is about 0.639 per kilowatt hour. It depends on the amount used.

Obviously, the lady exaggerates the asking price several times higher than the market price. Please do not be fooled by what the lady is saying.
