That root looked like a bull whip. We've said it before about some plumbers not thinking about the future, when things go wrong. I'm sure you can get 45 degree bends, but I suppose cost comes in to play. Had a bad day, had to take one of my dogs for the long sleep, cancer had him. He was called Snoop and was a very vocal dog, not loud, just a moaner. Thanks for posting, it made me smile, regards to you and family, be safe and well 👍
Another classic of how long is my drain root . Is it me or do house builders purposely put trees & large rooted plants next too houses . It seems to keep you busy & us entertained. But I really think trees next too houses is daft. But keep them videos coming enjoying watching in the uk
Umbrella Tree also known as Schefflera. Common house plant in USA. I have two i’ve had for 30 years or more. Easy to grow. Wish we could grow them outside here. ❤❤ Toad is looking a bit rough. 6:54
A hard day's work, but ohhhhh so rewarding in the end. There should be a "RootMuseum" for the monster specimens that lurk in drain pipes.😂 Good seeing the crew on the road again.
It still amazes me the amount of roots that can grow inside of a waterline. I continue to learn so much. I am starting to detect subtle changes in the sound of the nozzleheads as you pull and push them through the lines. It's quite a learning experience. Until the next one...see ya Gavin.
Hi Gavin. The shrub is a Variegated Dwarf Umbrella Tree. And Yes their roots are like a Rubber Tree. Great Work. I hope You have a Whirlpool in the laundry at home. Regards. David.
You are a good and funny man. You make me laugh how you never seem to let anything bother you. You and roots have a battle all your own. You are hereby awarded the Title of Doctor of Rootology.
Are all ausses as laid back as you - Ollie? I really like the both of you doing your stuff. Not like here where everyone is a grup--it. Keep on keeping on😅
ROOTS ,Not to worry Gavin has this covered ,love seeing the gang back Gavin their part of your operation ,Always look forward to your Videos ,when are we going to see Mrs.P again
It would not take me long to hook a truck to that stupid tree. Trees and bushes do NOT belong next to the house or on top of utilities. Crazy tough job Gavin, and as always top notch work.
Great video Gavin. This one tested your skills alright. Lots and lots of lovely roots. The owner really should have called you in years ago instead of trying to fix it hinself. Those roots at the end were well worth the wait.
ROOOTS! Love them! Yay the team is back, so happy to see them Gavin! Well done, you definitely got to the "ROOOT" of the problem! Nice specimen! I should be sleeping but the roots were calling me!
For a second there Gavin I said you closed up that pipe system too soon before you located that long primary root. Luckily you had just enough room to angle it out of I/O. Good job! Next time: gallon of gas and torch - for entertainment value. 😂
A major root problem this day. But experience taught you along the way in your business, how to deal with them. Congratulations Gavin, a fabulous correction this day. Cheers Gavin, and enjoy the weekend, and upcoming holidays. See you on the next! 🇦🇺🙂👍🇺🇸
Mr.P every one enjoys watching your videos it quite interesting how big the roots really get.i like how the drain gang says that there are a bunch of twists and turns lol gavin u did a great job of repairing and showing the customer keep up the good work mate si u on the next right o. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO MR. MRS P FAMILY 🎄🎄🎄👍👍👍👍🎄🎄🎄🎄👍
Gavin just when I think I have seen it all with you I see something that is out of this world. That ball of roots looked like a boulder. You are simply awesome. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Maybe this can help solve those "sharp" bends: take a length (you decide) of 35-50mm PVC pipe and glue a "slow" 90degree bend on it. Cut the tube (not the bend) in half (length) long enough to feed your hose through it comfortably. The bend inserted into the pipe should protect your hose..... Have fun!
My guidence councelor said I should be a plumber. I think i missed an opportunity there. Do you need an apprenctice? I'm over being a help desk support drone.
"I'm not an arborist" - starts cutting branches off a tree...😄
ETA: Should've called this episode "Trench Warfare"
Treeologist is a word now!
Haha
It's a tree, it's got ROOTS, there in the pipe . ABSOLUTE CLASSIC STATEMENT 🤣🤣🤣🤣❤
Hahaha 🤣

Amazing how the roots fill whatever space they can find. Watching you pull roots out like a magician pulling handkerchiefs out of a magic hat LOL
WOW! That turned in to quite a job! Awesome!

Mate, once again good work. However, I would like to have seen rolled 45 degree swept junctions used. Nonetheless, another satisfied customer👍

Gavin if you can't blast them out pull them out . Also hope your Mrs P didn't go mad for soiling your shorts lol.
Beautiful 😍
Thank you! 😊
What does winding the pipe around your hand do? 😊
The hose don’t mean?
It alters the position of the hose and nozzle to get all round the pipe?
Nice work Gav!
Thank you 👍
Run 3 parallel discharge to avoid the problem of bends..😂😂😅😅
Anyone else looking at the "rock" and thinking it looks more like a bulb of a plant? Or is it just me 🤔
A large tuber is what I thought.
@@jamiekatz7591 yer something along those of lines (I only said bulb cos of the shape but a tubular would fit too)
great work, mate!
Thank you! Cheers!
Is it me or does the water have a redish/purple tint.
Hello there
Hello
How do you stay warm when you on the jobs
Now that it's Christmas, is that the MistleTOAD?

Like Indiana Jones rob😂so longgg roottt
Do not have 3D bend or sweep tee?
Sad you didn’t use sweeping 90s or Ys yo make cornering during jetting easier.
You can't say your putting a job on hold because u don't want it, as the client may be watching

Do yall get alot of rain there
Not this year
👍👍
I’m sure Ollie and ratty would have cleared that. You need to ask for some pointers. Good job though 😊😊
I’m sure he would have too.
Сколько стоила такая работа ?
How much time was invested for this big job?😮
Can’t remember exactly. But I did have about 2hrs down time waiting for a delivery and avoiding the rain
