Check out Penalty Box. It's a hurdle and agility ladder all in one. My Little League team warms up with them every practice.
Good video; lots of utility. Some of those hops are pretty hard on my knees, so I stick to lower impact drills.

I am from India. Regularly I follow your VDO. I want to ask a question. Roundhouse kick, hook kick and back leg sweep kick is possible??? If possible, then how? Is there any VDO
Be nice to have more Taekwondo schools here where we live. My son did 2 years in wtf until his teacher retired. We recently left another school that teach 2 days per week. It was not worth it. Gear was $$$$$$, he couldn't spar unless we had $$$$ for sparring gear. 30 mins per month just for sparring. It was a huge headache! You can't teach anything for 2 days a week. My son is 7, now we are looking for a school that can teach him more than 2 days. Its really disappointing. Hopefully we will find that right school for him.
