From my experience/preference 45 minutes is good. 1 hours makes them to hard and almost chewy. 45-50 minutes is good. But just check on them so that you bake them the way you prefer. And flip them after 20-25 minutes. Anyways thank you for this recipe, it’s good!

Try layering the potatoes with strips of bacon...the bacon juices will drip down onto the potatoes. You're going to think you're in heaven! LOL.

Please change the batteries in your smoke detector. Accidents happen, and life happens sometimes as well (things out of our control). It’s a cheap way to protect yourself.
