Univ of Penn/Drexel area has some of the best food carts in Philly. My favorite breakfast cart is located at 34th and Spruce. They are I believe Indian but their breakfast sandwiches are some of the best in the city and their platters are bangin' too! peace!
I love Indian food. It's delicious with the amount of spices and seasoning. I usually get a goat curry at my local Indian restaurant. I have them make it extra spicy for me.🌶️🔥
YOU ARE LEGIT! As an Asian, when I saw Mohammad frying those chilies...damn, you are real brother! I can taste it's a real real spice. I was laughing hard as you said "You want to test my gangster?" Haha.. Keep on posting and come to Malaysia 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
I grew up on lamb, and frequented the Halal Guy's truck in Hartford until I stopped working up there. Excellent food! Wonderful employees!!! Made you feel like family.
I got fired from my job because i almost fought my 50 year old coworker.. and It got toxic yo so now, i spend most of my time smoking weed on my RUclips channel now, meanwhile i get back to the hustle lmaoo
Not many Hala options in the burbs but I remember the original Halal Guys at 54th and 6th in NYC. The lines got so long they needed a bouncer for crowd control.
You need Raita with spicy hot Indian food. Use that as your cooling agent. It's yogurt mixed with grated cucmber which has all the water squeezed out, with salt and sugar and a bit of coconut milk. That cools your mouth down instantly.
See I was thinking of visiting U City again one of these days & was like hmm not sure if I feel like traveling all of the way down there. Thanks for giving me a reason haha.
Halal carts are one of my go to's also. My favorite is a cart on Chelten Ave and Washington Lane. I get the fish on pita with the chickpea salad, white sauce, hot sauce and green cilantro sauce. Amazing every time!!!
Every time i visit NY, the first thing i do is drop off my stuff at the airbnb i always go to the Halal cart on delancey street next to the subway and it's by the 7-eleven over there. It's the best one i tried !! ❤
I grew up on Indian food as a a kid (there was a restaurant across the street from me) and also on food carts as an adult (lunch trucks) but I've never had Indian food cart. That looks bomb af to me, I would actually drive to try that.
Halal carts are the only way I hit that “street food” tingle I get when I watch Mark Wiens and other street food videos from Asia and Latin America. We have bagel, hot dog, cheesesteak, burgers in city carts too but halal truck food tastes better (I prefer rice), plus they got veggies. I really gotta do some traveling. Not sure if my stomach can handle new environments though.
Love this video bro, halal is GOAT, got to try these spots. You must try this spot on drexel's campaus between 33rd and 34th on the right side, going towards 34th. It is a yellow truck, philly halal. Guy is super cool and absolutely hooks it up, gotta ask for this special order: Chicken Over Rice, Pita chpped up on top Salad and Chick Peas Extra White and Extra Red Sauce Green Sauce and Sauce on top of the pita as well Will change your life.
JL Jl now we talkin my brotha these is my favorite episodes by u my brotha rite an exact food no foul pork peace an left right thumbs together put ya hands up WU TANG CLAN IS FOREVER
JL!! Would love to see you do a video where you go back and visit some of your old spots when you were on the struggle but, and talk about those times.. that would be cool to see
9th and Girard outside Dunkin Donuts. Maaz Halal Truck! The owner is named Khan but named the truck after his son Maaz. I had the pleasure of interacting with them both. Their chicken over rice is top tier.
JL there's a cart on Chelten Ave between Germantown and Greene in Germantown that's really cool with great food. Cheap prices and great food and comes with a soda and a bag of chips. Check it out next time you are in G-Town. I lived right around the corner on Greene street for a longtime and that was our spot for halal. And yes they will make it as hot as you want if you ask. I'm like you I like my spice in my food. Only thing as I'm getting older It kills me afterwards lol. I use to be able to deal with dishes that you thought you were eating in hell lol. But now at 62 years old can still do hot but not as hot as I use to.
👁 👁 👄 Yes sir every Thursday I use to hit up a Halal food cart before Covid after Covid I'm working from home💻went on RUclips💻 got a recipe for the white sauce I tweeked it a little bit😋😋
@compactg2918most of the food served in the western world is North Indian. Most likely Panjabi food because the majority of Indians that emigrated to western countries were from Panjaab.

Broadway and 38th Street in New York, late at night, after I've been drinking. Young guy, awesome food.
Always go to 11th and walnut. Combo rice or falafel! Then down the street towards locust to the fresh fruit cart for a Hawaii 5.0. drink.
