I'm not ashamed to say I found Elsword when I was 11 and met and developed so many friendships. This game honestly raised me and helped me learn to slowly become more social and actually just helped me build my personality and such. So many memories that years from now I still look back on those days and wish I could go back and experience my first few days again. This game was truly one of a kind. Hopefully all of us who were apart of the El Search Party continue to move on to happier things in life and remember this game as apart of our childhoods and lives.
I found this game when I was 9, and I met one of my bestest friends from there Back then I wanted an online sister, so my younger self had the bright idea to open a sparring room with the title “looking for a sis” or smth After hours (and probably days) of asking random people in that sparring room, she joined and we clicked She was my “sister,” we did tons of things together and got closer doing so. At a point she really did feel like that sister figure I’d been searching for, maybe to help with the sister figure that I once had. Unfortunately we drifted apart for a few years, but we found our way back together again, and here I am 19 with our relationship stretching for 8 years :)

Thank you for allowing me to meet so many people, make so many long-lasting friendships and meeting someone that ended up being my irl lover for years. Thank you for existing. You give me a proud sense of belonging. I'm proud that I was part of this journey and that I can share those feelings with others. ❤
Tell me about it. This track in particular has the most peaceful soul, when compared to the rest. Also, Nearly all these other MMO's have too much static/non-diversity within their soundtracks. I just wish that Elsword's soundtrack had higher quality composition.~
Think about it. Most people who play Elsword main either Raven, Elesis, or Ara. These are all hardcore "fast-paced" classes that hack and slash away angrily at enemies. Now given this general knowledge, it can lead you to assume that the majority of Elsword players are not fascinated by or do not appreciate instrumental pieces like this one. They'd rather listen to hardcore, action-packed, generic mmorpg music. At least this is the way i think of it..
fairy garry Precisely. 'Good Taste' isn't determined upon what kind of music you listen to, It's decided by whether that music is 'Well Composed' or not. And these fast paced players only care about what's got a catchy high tempo. It's a shame- most people can't see Music is much more than that.

for people who wants to enjoy this piece of bgm in-game instead of newer resting spots' bgm without using external means: the bgm file can still be found within the game files (in this case it's 'data/music/field_rest_altera001.ogg') now copy it out wherever you want next, locate the newer resting spots' bgm of your choice, then proceed to find their respective bgm file(s) within the 'music' folder, for example I chose bethma vil, so its bgm file would be 'village_besma.ogg' the following step, you will copy the chosen file's name (the name not the file), which in this case is 'village_besma', then rename the copied out 'field_rest_altera001.ogg' with it the last step is to drag back the new 'village_besma' file you just renamed into the 'data' folder (NOT the 'music' folder because the game patcher will patch it) all things done, now you can login and enjoy the old bgm again (just in case, this isn't modding, the game somehow read the file on the outside ('data' folder) and apply them first before heading to the inside ('music' folder), so this is more like taking advantage of how the patcher works, and it can be used on any bgm that exists inside the game) this method has been used since ancient times, either to relive the nostalgias or just want to have your favorite musics on certain spots inside the game do be cautious if you are streaming with in-game bgm on though since ppl can decide to be a d*ck and accused you for modding
This area is probably where I spent the most time, if I wasn't in a dungeon, I was here. It really makes me sad they got rid of this place, I made a lot of really good friends here.
