OMG - both these girls are wonderful! Cheprasova has such a saucy sparkle about her and Martiniyuk is just full of effortless brio - surely she has the best jumps at the Mariinsky, Hope she gets many more principal roles next season as her Kitri was gorgeous.
Pure pleasure to watch. Chepraosva is lovely, as always, Martynyuk radiance and technique (and jumps!) are thrilling. Alexei Popov is very promising and did a great job - it's worth to mention that it was his debut.
@Pearlaceous. Wonderful indeed! Nice, fresh, clean & crisp. Can you or someone tell me who danced O/O in this performance? Thanks, and I hope that the riots didn't affect you directly.
@palubob I'm sorry but I don't know! Fabulous, isn't it? There seem to be a number of boys of this vintage in the corps who will be worth watching. I saw Ilya Petrov as the jester in Swan Lake recently, and he was very good and also had the rare distinction of actually being a lovable, non-irritating jester! Thank you for your concern - that is very kind of you but I am in the country and well away from the riots!
Великолепно....всхетительно.......
