The big problem with brushless tools is their very complex and delicate control electronics. They cannot be repaired and the entire circuit must be replaced. Brushed motor tools are extremely robust and their 4-pole versions are very powerful, which is why they still exist. many dewalt xrp series tools 15 or 20 years old working today.
5:35, you want to use the magnets to magnetise your driver bits. do yourself a favour and buy a proper magnetiser/demagnetiser from an electronics shop. they cost less than $10. i checked out videos of people pulling them down. they're just magnets in a plastic housing. so i bought one anyway and glad i did. the demagnetiser function is so useful. i have sat in front of the tv magnetising screwdrivers then demagnetising them and doing it over again just because i can.
Goodnight Friend .. I want to ask you whether the dtd148 rotor is the same as the dtd145. the thing is, I have a dtd148 drill, it has a problem in the rotor, I tried to find it in my country but it doesn't exist. do you want to help me by finding your country and sent to me 🙏🙏 .thank you very much if you can help me
