Any other issues:
Fix 1: Right click "bluestacks"
Click on "Run as administrator"
Fix 2: Right click "bluestacks"
Go to "Properties"
Go to "Capabilities"
Click on "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
Choose "Windows XP Service Pack 3"

bluestacks dont work keeps saying i have open proxy and i dont i have vpn serive and still say i have open proxy
I just wanted an Instagram account, and Bluestacks worked fine after it installed and searched for apps.Then it took quite awhile to set up, and that's mostly Instagram's slow step-by-step process. Now I have the account I needed and can "follow" Instagram users as part of entering sweepstakes and contests. You would not believe what they make you go through to try to get a free buck these days.

When I try to download Instagram on BlueStacks, it says 'Package file is invalid'. Why does that come up?
Its extremely buggy & laggy, but it seems to be working somewhat fine after I ironed out a few problems. Thank you.
When I try to download the app it says
"sorry this feature is not supported currently"
This didn't work for me. Got bluestacks installed on win7 but it wont even start. I don't recommend this.
When I open the instagram why is it all black????? pls help....

I found a modified version of the download. You can google it because I don't quite remember what the website is called but you could just type in: "bluestacks without graphics card". It worked for me. c:

I have windows 8 if that changes anything, it opens and works but if i click on instagram it says 'Market not found, find recipe online' is that normal?
Doesn't work, when i get to the "create account" part, it proceeds to terms of service and every time i click to accept them it gives a "communication error" with the servers.

why can't i see a person's followers and who they follow on instagram? i don't have an instagram and am looking at this person's (who I know) pics on a pc, but when i put the cursor on the following/folowers buttons, i cant click on them? they don't work as buttons any more

will this only let you download it if you have Windows XP?

The application failed to initialize properly - 0xc0000005 click ok to terminate the application is what mine said.

I downloaded it but it doesnt have instagram as an app on the MAC version
you have to choose between mac and windows when you're going to download.. press mac .. then it should work..
I think Bluestacks is no longer available for Mac :/
