I've seen Richard Hawley in concert some 10 times around the UK and more often or not he finishes the night with this song! And yes, his voice is just as smooth and gorgeous live!

Ah thank you for more Richard Hawley, listening to thisnis like being floated away on a magic carpet made from his silken voice, lovely lyrics too, the whole Coles Corner Album is beautiful, it is named after a place in Shefield where lovers used to meet to go on dates. One of my favourite Richard Hawley albums along with Late Night Final from 2001 and Lowedges from 2003 all three albums are simply achingly beautiful.
