But I want to know, why we need to rotate HP only why not VP. Even though why we want to rotate the HP in a clockwise direction only not in anty clockwise.
Sir, Please tell me the Standards, for this particular reason.

Hp is top view which is (a )and vp is front view which is( a') so here we can change only (a) into clock wise direction of Vp to know in which quadrant it is in. We cannot change VP because it is fixed to the down side.
