When I was a child, I used to not like Draco, because it was easy to hate him, not thinking about reasons why he's being this way. I thought he is just a bully and simply took him as Harry's enemy. But as I was getting older, it suddenly hit me. That he wasn't bad at his core. I finally understood he was raised to hate muggleborns and to be proud of his blood status and wealth. He was raised by a Death Eater and even thought Narcissa Malfoy wasn't evil either, Lucius made him this way. I started to see Draco from another angle. I believe he has a big heart and was forced to be who he was, not wanting to join Death Eaters, kill, or destroy Hogwarts, or even let Harry die. But he didn't have a choice. Because he still knew his parents love him and he didn't have anyone else other than them. Even the fact he couldn't cast a Patronus, because he couldn't think of any happy memory, is heartbreaking. And I think he was jealous of Harry just because he was 'the chosen one' without even trying, had luck on his side and still was surrounded with friends who truly cared about him and was able to stay who he really was, didn't have to pretend being someone else. But Draco was trying so hard not to disappoint his father and later to protect his family and had a feeling like it's still not enough, that he wasn't able to be truly himself and had to be someone else, while nobody cared. (Well, Narcissa did, but... You know what I mean) There, I finally had to say what I truly think about him. Draco wasn't bully, he was born into wrong family, the way he was raised wasn't his fault and he was actually very strong.
I honestly agree if Draco was born into another family I think he would be a pretty cool charter that wasn't so mean at all .I think somthing like that would change the whole entire series buy a lot and when I say a lot I mean a lot its hard to imagine I think Draco is a very underestimated charter that deservesuch more than a Muggle would think 🥰
Harry: The boy who lived Snape: The one who died for love Voldemort: The one who died drunk in power Tom Riddle: The boy who made all the wrong choices Draco: The boy who had no choice
The fact that Snape, who chose to become a magical nazi cause the girl he liked rejected him, got redemption but Draco, an actual child who was abused and trapped by everyone around him, didn’t will never stop pissing me off. Great edit, it really captures the tragedy of Draco’s story

J.K Rowling openly said she hates Slytherin house, and so the whole series is completely biased against them, and characters like Draco, Pansy Parkinson and Blaise Zabini are seen as villains in a war in which they are CHILDREN. They were forced into a situation almost worse than Harry's in the way that if they renounced Voldemort's cause they would be disowned and likely killed, and if they tried to join the Order, let's be honest, they would most likely be turned away because they wouldn't be trusted.
Draco could've been a better person if his parents brought him up in a different way and he deserves a better ending in deathly hallows, he is so broken and confused ... Draco has no choice . No opinion. He’s scared and in pain but no one understands what he was going through . He’s a boy who is scared and confused hes powerless so he hides that all in his heart . Bullying is the only thing that will release him pain . He’s jealous from other children who has a normal family hes jealous from happiness from other children . So he causes their happiness into sadness what he exactly feels . 😣💔
He made these choices to protect his family, the ones he loved, Malfoy was NEVER bad ‘nor evil. People only noticed his mistakes and never his true heart moments, he was hurt and sad and so extremely occupied with trying to help his family that all he had left was to just shows his emotions and that’s what made everyone realize who draco really is, Draco is a beatifull baby boy who had no choice and only wanted to save his family and he knew if he didn’t not only his family would die but him himself, he would’ve stayed on Harry’s side during the battle of Hogwarts but when his mother called for him he went over for her. Draco was born in the wrong family and pressured to do way to much for just a baby boy. It makes me sad every time I see him cry or upset becuase I know what he’s gone through and it hurts me to see him like that. As Narcissa says “He’s just a boy” and she’s right, he is just a boy, a boy who had no choice. He bullied people becuase of the way he was raised and how much anger he must have had. He Protected everyone around him. He protected Harry, His family, and just people in general. He was also extremely spoiled as a child which also continued making him think that his actions were “good” his father especially was a terrible role model to draco and becoming a death eater didn’t help, he was AGAIN being forced to do things he didn’t. We’re also talking about a boy who cried when he thought he killed a little bird, he was never the right choice for this he was to precious. It was the people around him that did that to him. And that why draco is the boy we love becuase we feel bad for everything he went through and that’s why I will forever love him!

I think Draco is a very nice character who represents a little bit of us. I love Draco but I think he should have a more in-depth story since people mistake him for the usual disliked and spoiled bully, fixed with the purity of the blood but in reality he has a very complex story, he was only born in the wrong family that's all. He is a boy with a shitty family (mainly related to Lucius) who forces him to switch over to the side. dark. Being a Death Eater is not a beautiful thing, you are always submissive to the powers of the dark lord and you are forced to perform tasks and to break your soul (perform murders) otherwise you die. Draco is just a boy who hasn't been given the difference between right and wrong since the parents first are Death Eaters. the only person who really loves Draco is Narcissa, she is ready to lie for her son even if he has to pay with death ... It seems that nobody understands Draco, who wants to set the example of a perfect family only for wealth when he is actually suffering. He is a very weak character but tries to hide it because he thinks he is "weak" and this is what he was taught ... I love Draco P.S: yes I know I get too involved in Harry Potter but I think it's my second world🖤
Draco Malfoy is a character that you'll understand when u get older like . When I was a kid I hated Draco I thought he was annoying but I got older now I understand what his going through he had no choice
It breaks my heart that everyone calls draco mean and a bully when really he isn't. i've been rewatching the movies and rereading the books and i noticed a lot of times that the golden trio are the ones who say something mean first. for example, whenhe first called hermione a mudblood, in second year, hermione insulted him first because he was bragging about the brooms his father got for the team. he's allowed to brag, but hermione got annoyed and insulted him. so he insulted her, which ron responded to by trying to jinx him and make him vomit slugs. i honestly believe that ron deserved it when tthe spell backfired. lmao, i was kinda ranting for way to long about one scene, but i feel like its things like these that people miss because they think the golden trio can do no wrong. i honestly feel really bad for draco and i hate that most people misunderstand him. he's had a difficult life, contrary to what many people think. surely he has money, but money can't buy everything. i wish more people would understand what he's really like. I mean, he had no friends, his father was a very cold person, and he was so alone. He had voldemort living in his house, how do you think that would feel. His father got thrown in azkaban. He was forced to watch people die and pretend to not care, and he was forced to kill. and people say he's just a bully. also, i am so mad at jk rowling for kiling off astoria. how could she kill her? Poor Draco. After having a cold harsh death eater father and a mother who chose to go along with it, its so unfair that he finally finds a nice person that actually loves him and means a lot to him, and then she died. jk rowling wasn't fair to him. It's just so unfair. Draco really was the boy with no choice. or rather, the boy who could choose only between two terrible outcomes, becoming a murderer or being murdered. at sixteen. can we just talk about how young he was? he was a teenager that was forced to become a death eater and murder the greatest wizard alive, who even voldemort couldn't kill, at sixteen , or his enire family would probably be tortured and murdered. And he had to have voldemort live at his house, had to watch people, some of which he knew. tortured, taken prisoner, and killed, when he waasn't even a legal adult. Its just so unfair. how can people think he's a spoiled brat? Honestly, when i first read thebooks, i saw him as nothing more than a bully but as i grew older i began to understand him more and more. now, i full understand that he is the boy who had no choice. anyway, sorry for the really long and confusing rant, im just upset at how misunderstood Draco is.
Pansey Parkinson it’s a cut scene that should have been in the second movie, I really wished they kept that scene in along with the scene cut from the last movie where Draco gives harry his wand (the one he borrowed from his mother)
Poor Draco if it wasn’t for Lucius and Narsissa he would have been left alone, I love Draco and I over all fell bad for him 🥺🥺🥺 LIKE FOR ONE PERSON SAYING ‘ SCREW YOU NARSISSA AND VOLDAMORT!’
Adding a LIKE isn't enough - I LOVE THIS VIDEO..... Draco was under incredible pressure for sure and didn't really have anyone to turn too, sure Narcissa was easier than Lucius but Draco was terrified of disappointing his parents ( and then later feared not just for his life but for theirs as well ) as I believe he felt that they were all he had - I mean he wasn't happy at Hogwarts, he didn't really have many if any real friends. It's always bugged me that in THBP when he's confronting Dumbledore in the Astronomy tower they took out the book line of - " You don't understand, I have to do this or he'll kill me, he'll kill MY WHOLE FAMILY..." / In the film he just uttered the first half of that statement and I don't know why - was it too make Draco less likeable seem more selfish - thank goodness for Tom Felton's portrayal that he showed all Draco's conflict and anguish even if they did butcher this line... - Evelyn Jackson thank you so much for this great vid. tribute, it's beautiful and stunning and heartbreaking...
My sweet sweet Baby Draco. Am I the only one who feels his pain? Is Lonleyness? His Desperation? I never thought that he was bad or evil, even bullying those people. I thought he did it b/c he did not wanted that people notice how lonley he was. And it breaks my heart to see that he can not cast a patronus and even more - his wife died so young. I am pretty sure he will never fall in love with someone. And this is I what I wanted for him - beeing a happy, strong, loving and caring father and husband who can forgett his past. He is strong. He was so strong. Fighting so hart, pulling himself together, paying for years the consequens for the actions of other peoples actions. hope one day it will end for him.
this crushed me :( you could see that he was scared but he had *no choice.* but Tom did a great job portraying such a misunderstood character. this potterhead is proud.
Honestly, he's a much better person than I am. He REFUSED to kill Dumbledore when the man was vulnerable, he FALTERED knowing full well what would happen if he were to fail. That's so much harder than most people think. Had I been in that position, sure I wouldn't WANT to commit murder, but the fact is that I WOULD, I would probably use the cruciatus curse had I been cornered like that. Him refusing just shows how much he COULD HAVE BEEN had he been given the love and supportive friends he deserved and craved so much... He truly is an amazing character... No, actually... He's an amazing person, a truly lovely human being.
Draco's lack of freedom break him really hard, that one scene where he look at Snape during his fight with potter, he looked up at him to see if he's impressed even though he failed, even though he tried his best really hard. And also thar one scene where he told Dumbledore that he have to kill him or either his dad or Voldemort is going to kill him. This shows that he had no other choices. His father always have to choose for him, like he can't touch anything, boast and etc. This is why when his father called to him, he hesitated. But when his mom called out to him, he only go to them because his mom will do anything for him, to protect him, even from his father. He's just his boy, a young innocent boy, with no other freedom, and no other choice. He's scared of voldemort, his father, humiliation. My heart breaks for him.
I love Draco and he went through so much but you all are forgetting that Harry: Lost his parents, grew up in a quite abusive household, got bullied, got suspected for attempted murder, watched his godfather die infront of him, lost people that he loved and much more. Ofcourse I understand this is a Draco edit, and its well done. But everyone is preaching Draco for being the most broken, which annoys me a bit. Other than that, great edit, loved the music and now Im simping for Draco too!!
This is so so emotional and touching and raw. This boy went through so much and he had to unlearn so much hatred and cruelty to just be dealt another cruel hand as an adult. I love this boy so much with all my heart
I think you did a good job with the music and the scenes that you showed. I think it's very telling regarding environment and such. Draco was raised by those who felt that pure bloods were the right way and they raised him much like they themselves had been raised. It's sad when those types of things happen. But I think it's telling when you see how much their family means to them and I think Draco was not the nicest and certainly had hateful views but was not an evil person. Dumbledore could recognize it which is why he tried to help him and why he and Snape did not want Draco to have murder on his hands.
It says that Draco mastered difficult causes but he couldn’t cast a Patronus because he couldn’t think of a happy memory it’s really sad I totally understand his pain he is my fav character in HP
you know over the past years i have grown to draco so much that he has become my favorite character. He is one of the most stong ones ever, everything he has gone thru was so sad and negative that it evected him. Everyone sees him as a bad guy (except for his fans ofcorse :p) and he is so much hated, but to honest I kinda hate Harry. He thinks he is so much and has gone thru so much, but in fact he is not, its Draco. I think if his parents didnt call him to go to voldermort in the last movie he would have stayed on 'the good side' and that it would have ended differently for him. I love how you see him happy at the end of the movies with his own son and his wife, its good to see him Happy.
I think everyone knew the whole time he was being forced to do something he didn’t want to do, but when he found it in himself to speak up, he had already made all the wrong decisions, but in the end, for the right reasons.
For me when Draco was in the bathroom crying, it would have been better if the scene was longer and silent, only hearing Draco crying, not with Harry interrupting everything. That would have been so powerful. Also because Harry and Draco are like the same person just reversed. I explain: Harry had no family, no "power" he has like "nothing". Draco "has" a family, has a powerful father, he has "everything". But the one thing that Draco doesn't have is love, and that shows. So for me that scene would've been very revealing of the state of Draco also. That was just my opinion. (Sorry if my english is not that good, I am italian)
Since I was a kid, I liked Draco also if it was the classic character that you hate very easily. I just thought that he never had the intentions to be mean, cruel, pround of himself and judge himself as a very important person. He is a human after all, with imperfections, he had fears, he never received love, he was pushed and forced by his father. He followed the wrong way, because his mind was constantly feed with his own fears. When I was crying nobody heard him, when he saw his own school, his own house like everyone else, being destroyed like that, he was hurted inside. He never had someone who can really trust, and that could understand him. He never wanted to be the villain in all of this, he wad forced to take that role that never belong to him,he could be a friend and a good person if someone helped him out for real. Even though with his own son Scorpius he said, be friend with a Potter, with a Weasley or with a granger, because he didn't want to be his father, he didn't want that also his own son follow his wrong path with no choices. He is imperfect, as we are all. We are all humans, he don't deserve to be hated by his imperfections. I love Draco for his deep humanity, a character that nobody understands. I always loved him and forever I will, he deserved better💚
i really hate that no one stopped him going to voldemort, he was waiting for someone to stop him, no one even tried. he didn’t have any real friends, he didn’t have a choice, it pains me knowing this isn’t who he really was, there was a good side in him, but it was never portrayed
Draco parroted his parents ideas and opinions because of his parents. Everyone saw ALL of the Malfoy's as bad, but Narcissa was actually a nice woman. Draco was (excuse the language) a dick in the first three years, but turn he gained his own mind and started to think for himself. When he hexed Katie, he did that because he didn't want Dumbledore to die. He tried 3 times to kill Dumbeldore but obviously 'his heart wasn't in it' because he didn't want to kill Dumbledore. Also, if you look at what happened in Malfoy Manor, Draco didn't want to do anything to the golden trio, he didn't want to call Voldemort leaving his father to do it, he didn't tell Bellatrix it was Harry, and he was hesitant when reaching for the wand. Draco only went over to No-Nose side because his mother called him. He looked away when his father called him, but when his mother did, he went over. Draco deerly loved his mother and only went over because she called him. He really was the 'Boy Who Had No Choice' because of his parents force feeding him ideas and him coping them. That lead to everyone not his allies hating him, or being scared of him. When he wanted a way out, he didn't have one because of his impressionable, naive past self. Also, Draco wanted to shake Harry's hand in first year eventhough his parents basically hate him. He must have been fed stories about the Boy Who Lived and how much Lucius loathed him. So why shake his hand? Why want to be his freind when his parents hate him? I think it's because he saw Harry as his form of rebellion.
Draco Malfoy was the boy who didn't have a choice. He was raised by a death eater, he was made to believe he was better because of his wealth and the fact that he was a pureblood. And he was so jealous of Harry, the chosen one without even trying. The fact that Harry had people that loved him... that's all that Draco ever wanted. But he was so busy trying to impress his dad, trying to be someone he wasn't. Draco was never just a heartless bully, like he's portrayed in the series for the most part. He was a victim too. He didn't have a choice.
Draco is very strong actually because he was scared of his family, Voldemort and he even passed through more things. He wasn´t bad like others like they say he is just a boy who had no choice
I love your videos. I always loved Draco movie or book. Yeah he’s rude and narcissistic many times but he was raised like that. He is “The boy who had no choice”.
I remember that at first I hated him I thought that if he was really good or want to change he must did, that he was bad, he deserve to die, he was piece of shit, but now that I’m older I understood this, I have made a lot of wrong decisions just for being accepted, for make happy other people even if that destroy me, I have been in cases where I had no choice even if that’s gonna hurt me, I have been misunderstood more than the half of my life, I recently understood, he had no choice, he was controlled, he was good, he didn’t want to be bad, he proved it a lot of times, I don’t hate him anymore I wanna see him and give him a hug, make him feel good, make him feel like he’s not alone, like he had someone, make him feel like he have somebody that support he, wanna make him feel loved...
You know what I mean)
There, I finally had to say what I truly think about him.
Draco wasn't bully, he was born into wrong family, the way he was raised wasn't his fault and he was actually very strong.

I love Draco P.S: yes I know I get too involved in Harry Potter but I think it's my second world🖤
Well said.
Which movie is 1:16 In
Pansey Parkinson it’s a cut scene that should have been in the second movie, I really wished they kept that scene in along with the scene cut from the last movie where Draco gives harry his wand (the one he borrowed from his mother)

I bet he is one of those people if you hug him he would burst into tears
I love him more than my life♥️♥️♥️
he made all the wrong choices for all the right reasons, he did it to protect himself and his family.
Evelyn Jackson thank you so much for this great vid. tribute, it's beautiful and stunning and heartbreaking...
Fr, Jk Rowling just hates everyone except the people in Gryffindor
Draco is my fav character and i feel so bad for him i wish he had some love :’C
He literally had no choice, I love him so much.
You captured it perfectly. And Tom Felton did an outstanding job.
1:16
From which movie 5?/4?
Plzzzz ANYONE tell me 😐😭
My sweet sweet Baby Draco.
The older he got
The more saw that he had no choices, he had to be perfect.
this crushed me :( you could see that he was scared but he had *no choice.* but Tom did a great job portraying such a misunderstood character. this potterhead is proud.
I feel like Draco is so underrated I think of he wasn’t FORCED to be evil people wouldn’t mind him...
i just wanna hug him 🥺
He deserved better :( i'm crying now :(
Am I the only one who's ACTUALLY crying?😭😭😭😭😭
Auch my heart!😭🥺😭😭😭
this is pure art
i cannot say anything more
it’s stunning and it catches every inch of this amazing character.
thank you ❤️
i am BAWLING MY EYES OUT
1:38 that has and always will make me cry
I'm honest, I heard the first 3 seconds, this song, Draco, this good sound...I LOVED IT AFTER THREE SECOND!! You're so so so talented!!!💕💕
I would do anything for this boy no matter what..🥺❤️
Draco's lack of freedom break him really hard, that one scene where he look at Snape during his fight with potter, he looked up at him to see if he's impressed even though he failed, even though he tried his best really hard.
My heart breaks for him.
when you see him sad it’s like i just want to hug him 🥺
The boy who did the wrong choices for the right reasons 🥺🖤
"He deserves some love💔✨"
This video made me cry, Draco didn't deserve the hate he got. He was forced to do things he didn't want to do and he always got treated badly.
Draco - the boy who had no choice ... :c
i love him so much
I think you did a good job with the music and the scenes that you showed.
Thank you so much ❤️
@@EveJackson You're welcome. Thank you!
First and I love this concept
I don't have words ❤️❤️❤️
Draco is my favourite charter thank you so much for doing a video on him I love your Chanel and in soo happy it exists ❤️
Draco was a child, children grow and change
I want to give him a hug he needs a hug
so far I've always hated him ... but after this video I felt sorry for him! great cut!♥️
For me this is your best Draco video. I mean they are all pretty awesome but this one...jusy perfection
Draco is the boy who keeps a smile on my face every day🥺 when I cry or Ik down I just think about him🥺 he’s just a boy
Your edit is so good
The last part always make me cry :(
He is a boy in My heart
Poor draco I’m literally crying 🥺😭I can’t watch this..... every one hated him,no one now what’s reali he is going through it’s brakes my heart.....
It’s perfect 👌🏻
someone remember...
💔🤐😭
You made me cry.. and I love it
Is he alive? Draco is alive? Love mother's love saved him again
I love Draco, Lucius and Narcissa
Yo Soy Sandra Tellez Lucius is pure evil tho he made draco what he is today
I love Draco and Narcissa but Lucious can rot
bitch lucias ruined dracos life
Lucius can go rot in hell for all I care.
i really hate that no one stopped him going to voldemort, he was waiting for someone to stop him, no one even tried. he didn’t have any real friends, he didn’t have a choice, it pains me knowing this isn’t who he really was, there was a good side in him, but it was never portrayed
Ohhh Draco😭💚
I will literally kill to see a movie / book from draco's perspective #justicefordracomalfoy
Imagine everyone hating you for something you had no choice to do. :(
I love Draco, hes SO misunderstood! His father never really cared for him, he just used him sort of. And Narciass loved him. Its just sad.
Ay Love You So Much
Great Video Eve ❤️

Beautiful
Omg this is beautiful 💚🥺🐍💛
I remember that at first I hated him I thought that if he was really good or want to change he must did, that he was bad, he deserve to die, he was piece of shit, but now that I’m older I understood this, I have made a lot of wrong decisions just for being accepted, for make happy other people even if that destroy me, I have been in cases where I had no choice even if that’s gonna hurt me, I have been misunderstood more than the half of my life, I recently understood, he had no choice, he was controlled, he was good, he didn’t want to be bad, he proved it a lot of times, I don’t hate him anymore I wanna see him and give him a hug, make him feel good, make him feel like he’s not alone, like he had someone, make him feel like he have somebody that support he, wanna make him feel loved...
this is beautiful
