This is from a program called "Allsång på Skansen" "Sing-along on Skansen" could you say in English to understand. Skansen is a place in Stockholm, Sweden, the world’s oldest open-air museum also 😃
This is a very popular Swedish tv-show, still running every summer. If you want to be there, you have to que from early morning. You don't buy tickets for the show just the entrance to the park where this stage is.
This was the evening when I found Tommy and his music when I watched this show summer of 2011. He also sang Money money money during this show The other person in this video is Måns Zelmerlöf, winner of Eurovision 2015.

Yes Wolfam , it was a wig , the guy wearing it is Måns Zelmerlöw who is a pop singer.
He won Eurovision song contest for Sweden 2015 with the song Heores
with the highest margin of points , at the time.

Summer i Stockholm they have weekly Come singaloong evenings at the outdoor stage at Skansen, with great view over the city. Singing all kind classical songs, interspaced by guestappearances by seversl srtists.

Was Roxette, who you may not know, were a Swedish band. There have been a couple of other heavier covers of this, including Lord of the Lost. Think Wolfman got “the look”, When calling ‘recording’ song stupid.
