I’ve been told my handle is shifty and fast but my moves are easy to read because I’m too stationary and don’t cover enough ground with my moves. How can I fix this?
There answer is in your question. Cover more ground. If you’re crossing over from left hand to right…make sure you take a bigger step to the left as if you’re actually heading that direction before crossing over to the right.
Hey coach Ethan thank you for the video bro if I am doing the perimeter scorer system can I also do an additional shooting workout from your channel daily as well?
awesome video! I have a question: my team wants me to be a power forward but I dont know how to operate in the pick and roll or post up, what should I do? Should I establish mysellf as a shooting guard (what i feel is my actual position) or should I learn to be a versatile power forward?
Versatile players are valuable players. So do what your team needs you to do and learn/get as much experience as you can. Ultimately learning how to play in the pick and roll and post ups is a great skill for every position to have.
@@alancenteno9804 if you aren’t even in high school yet then definitely do everything you can to get as much experience at different positions as possible! You never know how much more you’ll grow or what things will look like in a couple years.
Question: How sould I adjust the shot chart to by strengths and abilities ex. If I am stronger mid range shooter but not as good from three would that change the grade of the shot and how. Thanks love the videos
@@CeeP14_24 that’s a great question. So ultimately, the grade of the shot won’t change. However, for some players, a midrange shot is a better shot than it is for other players. So you have to factor that in. There is never one right answer when it comes to what to do or what shot to take. The reason that a midrange shot in my opinion won’t be higher than a C+ shot is because ultimately, it’s worth the same amount as a layup or 2 FT’s and those are significantly higher percentage shots, even if you’re a great midrange player. So again, I’m not saying to never shoot midrange shots. If you can make them at a high percentage, by all means go for it. But when we talk about playing the highest % basketball and being the most efficient with our shots, it’s going to be about layups, FTs, and open catch and shoot 3’s. And generally, shooting those shots consistently is what’s going to lead to the most consistent scoring.
Thanks brother. Favorite basketball tuber rn

Hop
Look at good drill
Gotta focus on foot movement not just moving the ball around. Watch Anthony Edward’s play, but only watch below his knees.
