It is that time where all the stores bring out the Christmas decor for those early Decor Shoppers, and it seems like it gets earlier and earlier. Now over the last couple of years I've noticed if you don't happen to get out there right away, things get cleared out quick! I know we all want to wait for those sales but I do encourage and recommend you get out just to look, maybe sit on it for a week and think about those pieces you know that If you don't get them you'll be beating yourself up about it till next year! I know I budget around this time of year in a way to make sure I can add a couple high ticket items to my collection but also just picking up some of the cheaper things to stock up on. this year I wanted quite a bit more of the candy for this year's theme so I went ahead and got some more picks and ornaments and things I can add to garlands and such. I know i'll use it for valentines day and easter as well depending on the colors, or what theme I am doing. so some of these items for a candy wonderland theme work for other holidays. I have seen a lot of Pastel Halloween looks this year that are to die for and I feel these pastel candy pieces would look amazing as halloween decorations as well! (We still have two days to wrap that up and with some of the candy items they'd fit right in!)
