Allgaier should have had a Cup ride 10 years ago and still today I don't know why he hasn't been picked up by some of the big teams
he doesn’t want a cup ride. he wants to stay in xfinity

Actually, he did have one 9 years ago. With HScott in the 51. Only lasted a couple of years, and he went to JR Motorsports in Xfinity series right after.
He went back to xfinity to race in a competative car instead of field filler, I would have done the same.

its the xfinity race the seats are always empty! plus its Daytona & i wouldnt want to go thru the nightmare of getting in/out of that track twice, the cup race would be enuff for me!
There were quite a few people there but these grand stands are so big it takes about 50,000 people just to make it look like a decent crowd

Once again the camera man did a great job showing all the drivers instead of signaling drivers out. These drivers are going nowhere as there are too many great drivers in the Cup division, but if they do move up I wish them well. NASCAR may merge with the Indy cars and formula drivers. So they better quit driving and start winning or getting into the top five.

The big bosses of Nascar make me laugh. They penalize 5 cars at the start of the race (including Allgaier) for failed inspection (which means cheating most of the time) and number 7 has the whole race to come back in front and win. Now the other teams know what they have to do to win 😅

I like that 22 car of Jeb Burton, that scheme reminds me of his father Ward when he won the Daytona 500 in 2002, unfortunately Ward drove a Dodge and Jeb drives a Chevrolet.
Looked like an exciting race, wish I could've seen it on NBC.
Wow Austin Hill almost crashed alot of people, sadly Bayne was the one he crashed.
that was baynes fault, hill was there and bayne blocked but it was too late
