- when i got started as a realtor i wished someone could have easily explained how the supra ekey lock works. It literally took me 3 weeks to figure out and i was scared to schedule showing that had supra ekey assigned to them.
IN this video I breakdown a easy to understand tutorial on how to use the SUPRA eKEY lock. and also provide some pointers if you get stuck or any any problems.

Thank you for the video! I just became a realtor a couple of weeks ago and I was at my third showing and I think I did everything right because I got a "success" message but the bottom part would not drop off 🤷♀️ Maybe it was stuck but it didn't look like it was.

So, you can do that with other agent’s boxes? I am worried about showing buyers homes that I am not listing that have these boxes.
Yes you have access to any supra eKEY. You don’t have to be the listing agent.
Also my broker gave me a regular lock box. Are they all e keys? Or are some manual? I'm so confused.

Are they asking for Your PIN code or shackle code?
Do you need to purchase the box yourself? or the company will buy it for you?
You don't buy it, you have to rent it out through SABOR or your brokerage. The best thing to do it ask your broker how to obtain one.

You should ask your brokerage depending on on where you work.
Or you can use any combination lock if Supra eKEY is not in your budget

Had this problem yesterday, I followed the steps and still was not able to access the box. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING

give me a cross screw diver and I can steal your supra. Don't let me see this again
