It's still a great game. One of the most replayable. Especially if you're into Organize Crime. The best version is the PS3 version Dons Edition which can be played using a PS3 emulator on a PC. It's CPU dependent. A a 10th Gen Intel or Ryzen 5 should suffice to play it.
