Doctor i have problem my iol lens my vision like glare and halos i want to cange my lens can possible to cange? I am done yag laser capsulotomy please answer me doctor 🙏
So which multifocal single pc acrylic IOL are you putting in if the pt has a PanOptix IOL and is unhappy????? There's only a couple of other choices, and isn't there is likelihood that they will not like that lens if they already dislike the PanOptix?
I've exchanged (removed) the Panoptix and replaced it with the following IOLs: 1) LAL, 2) monofocal, 3) Vivity, 4) Symfony, 5) Toric monofocal with an intact bag and post YAG capsulotomy. Interestingly, I am finding the combination of LAL in one eye and Panoptix in the other eye is very well accepted by the perfectionistic patients.
@@ShannonWongMDDo you routinely check for eye dominance and if so, would you place the LAL in the dominant eye and Panoptix in the non-dominant eye? Thank you.

I had YAG Surgery. Now my Vision is worse! is it possible to have this Lense replaced? I have "Multi Focal" Lenses
Have you ever removed a LAL and replaced it with another LAL?
Yes.
Are you accepting new patients? I am so unhappy with my lenses and would like to do something about it.
Thx for sharing 🙏
Hi doc my vision still cloudy month ago i uder go cataract surgery..
Hi Dr. Wong, great video. I'm curious if you have run into UGH syndrome after performing reverse optic capture on a single piece acrylic lens?
I have done reverse optic capture for about 100-200 patients. One patient had UGH syndrome requiring reversal of ROC.

Hey do you avoid the original main wound? Perhaps jt depends on the tineline..
I usually reopen the OG primary.
@@ShannonWongMD thank you 🙏
I assumed all lenses are one piece...
some are 3 pieces with the "arms" being made of a different material
