1. Wash with soap
2. Aple cider venager with water for 15 minutes
3. To mostirize, use olive oil with a brown suger (to scrub) after washing off
4. You can start brushing the dead skin
5. Mix olive oil, honey, and oat meal(15- 29 min)
Or
If u dont have enough time use Lemon, honey, milk, and ERDE
After you washed off
6. Apply vaseline and rap it lastic
