Hope was rescued on my birthday! Winter was rescued the day before. I love both of them so much
I met Hope! She is so big now! She , Winter and Pj (the newly rescued female dolphin) are doing so great now.
I just realized that in Dolphin Tale 2, Hope arrived at CMA during Sawyer's going away party, and in real life she arrived during the rap party of Dolphin Tale.
I love this aquarium! I've been dreaming of becoming a marine mammal trainer when I grow up so this is all very inspirational for me

When Winter and Hope were paired together, did the pairing go just like it did in Dolphin Tale 2?
During the first instrumental section, they're feeding Hope milk, then watching her swim and taking notes. Then she's grown up a little bit and swimming around the trainer. Then they're showing the process of making a fish smoothie and feeding it to her. Then she nuzzles a trainer's hand underwater. After the trainer talks about moving her to another pool, there's footage of Hope swimming around and playing with the trainers. She bounces a ball and swims in circles. Then they put her in a sling and carry her to another pool, and she explores her new home. Towards the end they give a quick update on the sea turtles from episode four, which is why there seems to be part of that episode. It seems like the pairing did go just like it did in Dolphin Tale 2.

+caleb kloster i hope so, but I don't know what the storyline would be. Winter and Hope were already paired together in the second movie, but who knows? Maybe they might make a third one and surprise us. If they do, maybe it might be about Nicholas. :)

Why aren't they releasing her back into her natural life? I hate this captivity life.
Hope was rescued as an orphaned dolphin calf at just 2 months old. She could not learn the necessary skills to survive in the wild without her mother, so she was deemed non-releasable by NOAA, the federal agency governing marine mammals in the U.S. She was given a forever home at CMA where she lives with fellow rescued dolphins and receives constant animal care.
If you could no longer walk on your own and were confined to a wheelchair, would you hate that life of captivity? Would you rather be left to die?
CMA is like a care center for animals who can't survive in the wild.
