They are BOTH so CUTE!! I'll send a toaster IF they'd get married for real!! I am very pleased that they do show that the younger is pursuing the older of the pair - something that is so true so often! Many critics assume it's the other way around, but we all know that its almost always the younger one that does the pursuing ;-) Appreciate that being shown here!
I think it also helps that Akira is almost thirty going on 17 and seems totally clueless in matters of the heart half the time. I love his confused look every time Shin or Asuka talk about their love issues

I'm a little wary of the age difference, but I feel better knowing they're similar ages in real life.
In real life, Nishigaki Sho (Katsuki Shintaro) is 23 and Kusakawa Takuya (Minato Akira) is 27. So yeah, they are close in age in real life.
Shin turned 18 on his b'day in ep 7 so he's basically an young adult and Minato is in his late 20's.

Minato doesn't think about himself, he is thinking about Shins future..he thinks how can he date shin cuz of the age gap..he also likes Shin I mean in the first episode when he saw Shin he was literally head over heels and said that shin is his type..he tried to stop these feelings because shins a high schooler and stuff but now shins an adult as he turned 18..and yeah Minato was still stopping himself from falling for Shin but, he could not now and gave in to his feelings..and that's how they kissed in the end so passionately! ✨❤️ In my opinion Minato is a very respectful man that's why he was not being with Shin and I admire that but I'm so happy that he knows age doesn't matter.. if you truly love someone. ❤️
