Yess newer version is also great,in my opinion Kawaki is one of the well written character in anime and they just handled it perfectly.It really makes me happy and also sad for kawaki.

@@seesee405 well. You missed the Teny-Tiny detail. When she was very young she out of Curiosity found out about her father and felt abandoned by his dispresence. Thus, leading to awaken the Sharingan temporarily and this happened many times. Resulting in ruining her eyesight and making her dependant on specs cuz she was ill due to this reason. She just like her Father, properly awakned her Sharingan due to a situation. And that situation for her was when she was meeting her dad, it was a cluster of emotions leading to properly awakening of the Sharingan to One Tomoe.
@@seesee405 source, Naruto Gaiden. A spin off by Kishimoto. This spin off was wherr Shin Uchiha arc happened. Whatever I said was explauned by Sakura. In anime sakura told this to Shizune but we got to hear her response, "so she had the Sharingan for that long". Sakura cared and loved her one and only child, her daughter Sarada. So, she didn't felt comfortable telling this to her.
