Hi, Jenia. You ask what kind of things some of us pre-formatted meals. Well I take bell peppers & onions and chop, dice, and slice and freeze. I also prep cilantro and freeze. You can also take your garlic and mince it and freeze it in silicone ice cube trays with olive oil and then put the cubes in a baggie 8n the freezer.
Love the entertainment painted white. Love also you show the dog and cat hair. I get a pile of hair from my beast every time I sweep or vacuum. Your right not as bad if you brush them once a day. Getting me started on my house. First cut the dogs hair and bath. Then dog beds wash. Then dust, glass, vac all furniture. Go over with shampooer. Thanks for getting me started. Peace!
Thanx for spending time with us. Your house looks great. I do not think one has to worry to much on a theme for a baby room. As long as it is comfy and relaxing....that's just my opinion. When they are older and understand better i think it is more the time for making a room into a specific theme.

Also the wall behind it is chocolate brown I had the rest of my house painted white trim and doors and slightly darker on the walls it made such a difference.
Hi Jenia, I’m a white freak too. My home has a lot of white & light oak. The other colour I love is lilac. Boris is getting so big! He clearly loves his family and a veterinarian told me they hate vacuums because they think it’s attacking you! Lol. At 14 my dog still hates mine. I have seriously damaged my knee, so just waiting on crutches so I can mobilise again. It’s making me stir crazy. Have a good week - nearly there. 👶🏻👶🏻

I liked the cabinets dark but after you painted them they just opened up the room. Your lemon tree might be root bound or u could b watering it to much. Try setting a watering schedule to c if that makes a difference. Have a good 4th.
Hello Jenia, I loved the tv stand it turned out so pretty. You can put your garlic in a small jar and just shake it and the peeling will just come off. Makes it a lot simpler. Hi Jenia! You're right, you had me cringe while you were sanding your newly painted white furniture haha... not a fan of distressed furniture. I do like white because right now my favorite interior style is Scandinavian which is more on white, woody and neutral or earth tone colors. Btw, there's this one trick of peeling garlic. Instead of peeling the garlic cloves one by one, you can put the garlic cloves on a stainless steel or metallic bowl then cover the bowl with another metallic bowl then shake it for a few seconds. Then check it and you can see the skins separate from the garlic. You can just google the trick. I hope you'll have a safe delivery and of course healthy babies. Take the time you need to rest and recover. God bless you.

I have distressed pieces of furniture that I have painted also for the same reason- I didn’t want to be upset with the normal wear and tear that I knew would eventually happen- I’m still happy I distressed it even though my kids are older now😀

Hey jenia, LOVE the entertainment center. It's such a focal piece now. Also for the garlic you can take those cloves and put them in a container with the peels on and shake them around the peels will come off that way you can do a bunch at one time. I LOVE fresh garlic. It's SO good for you.
Cats and dogs that are under stimulated and bored will chew on things like shoes. Pets need a lot of stimulation and activity just like humans. Ways to stimulate your pets could be to actively play with them. Throwing sticks or a ball with your dog sometime during the day, or you could buy activation toys that you put food in so they can use their brain and learn by themselves how to get the food out. For your cat: play with a string if she likes that, a mouse with catnip in it or something like that. To give the pets a lot of attention could help too. They need to get activated on a regular basis, that way they won't find the shoes that exciting anymore. You could visit a pet store and ask the staff ways to activate your pets, or just google it on the computer. I hope you find a solution. 🥰 Also, if you don't like your dog running around your feet all day, try to train him in being passive. Put a dog bed out for him somewhere and motivate him to stay there. You could get him a toy or something to do while you do your chores in the kitchen. At if he leaves the bed, put him back there untill he stays. It will take a while, but if you are being consequent, he will learn. And always reward him when doing correct. He doesn't know what to do, so you'll have to help him learn what behavior you want. If he could learn how and when to be passive, it will help him relax. A dog that runs around your feet all day is stressful for you and for him.

I am assuming your husband will take some paternity leave? Do not prioritise you tube, those of us that follow you are not going anywhere! The unit looks heaps better!

Yes, furniture will still get old and scratched - kids or no kids. Distressed look is practical.
If you put garlic in water and let it sit for 15 to 30 min it will peel right off.
