Hi, thank you for your great videos. I have a question, how to create a 3D model with this AI tool for use in a 3D printer, do we need the STL file? I would appreciate it if you could help me.
hey, thank you so much for your kind words! Yes exactly you need a .stl file exported from blender for example to then be able to 3d print it. I made a video exactly about this topic on my channel for 3DAiStudio. You can check it out here :) ruclips.net/video/W9Sr7t1obx8/видео.htmlsi=mhiIw_pxseRLqNxE
I have a question about the second software (the one you can use to animate the 3D model). Can you export specific frames? I would like to print the same model showing different parts of the movement.
hey, really good question :) I recorded a short video for you explaining how you can export different poses with Mixamo & Blender for 3d printing. I hope that helps :) You can find the video here on my x profile: x.com/philippsieben/status/1882110581488136397
A pity they don't give any free credits just to try the tool, like Meshy and Rodin do. On the other hand, this service is very cpu intensive, just having the website active consumes 80% to 90% of the cpu.
Yeah I think the main reason is that they are still a small team and as you mentioned are costs quite high to run the service on their site. What I experienced so far is that you can join their discord channel and they will be happy to assign you some test credits when you ask them in the chat. In case you would like to join their discord to test it, here is the link: x.com/3DAIStudio/status/1813593383065342186
