Nostalgic I was there in Zakir A 220 from 2017 to 2020..
Must have hurt not being able to spent the last year of college in hostel due to COVID 🥺

Bro in later section of video I showed zakir a and both zakir a and b have similar layout so you can get the idea of zakir b for there and there is a sport complex near South campus from hostel it's 1.5 km walk daily all sports are there except basketball which is inside the university

Bhai hostel to mil jaiga but rooms jaise fill ho gai to uper wale floors hi milege so agar hostel lene ka pkka hai to lele abhi le ya badme farak nahi pdhta phir

can you tell me how is the hostel for international students
Cant really say much but you would get nc6 most probably, it has its own gym and food served there is better then other hostels from what I have heard
Aap ne jo bahar hostel hai chandigarh University ke uske bare me bhi bataye
I have not seen pg as such but many of friends live in flats and pg price vary but ultimately it's same as hostel but you get facilities like fridge,washing machine etc and outside there is more freedom and mostly you will spending lot on eating and only downside is the daily traveling in autos from kharer to University and back can get little hectic unless you get near University or have your own vehicle

Bhai there are 2 option one is you can take bus from bus stand from sector 17 and hop on bus to kharer and then auto will take you to the university, or the other option is take a cab directly to the university if you have lots of luggage with you it's more feasible

Brother all hostel are good I'll say zakir are are better built and are more recent buildings do if you can get zakir try to get it but even nc hostel or ok after some point you adjust

Hn apne Warden se bat krlo he will tell all the details in order to change your room but you can change only the room not the hostel once allotted there is a different process for that that too warden will tell

Bhai bus stand se kharar ana pdega on bus itself phir waha se auto or you can book cab directly from railway station itself I suggest cab is better if you have lot of luggage

Nice you have easy access to balcony waha se view is really great of the all hostel but only downside is the the constant use of elevators

Zakir C kaisa h 8th floor mila h freshers ongy sath ki mix
Mostly freshers hoti hai but you can get mix I shared room with 2 seniors and 1 same fresher as me while others rooms had mostly freshers in them

Gate 2 se sidha sidha rasta hai to hostel gate pe there is khacha rasta waha se bhi a skte hai wo sidha hostel gate pe utaregaa but

Can't really say haven't been to that floor but zakir rooms are spacious you wouldn't find much trouble adjusting only downside is the constant use of lifts
