Funny Memory: When this song came out, a local DJ (obvious Madonna fan) was on the air saying how Who's That Girl will be Madonna's next number one hit after a caller complained he was playing it too much. He then proceeded to lock himself in his booth and play Who's That Girl NONSTOP for the next 6 hours or so until he was finally taken out of the booth by force. Good Times! 😁
How right he was! Certainly, one her big hits, and I believe Madonna is a big an of this song herself, which makes me wonder why she omitted it from the Immaculate Collection.
The rhythm guitar focus is fantastic. I think I've said it before on a previous video, but I love that you pick out parts that were never highlighted on the official 12" releases. The guitar was always seriously neglected. Amazing work as always 💓
This is now my third or forth mix. I know feelings are rather mixed on the official remix. I was never quite sure what the random wind noises were all about, it made it sound quite cold, and took away the Hispanic warmth, which I tried to enhance here.
This is a new one Dja, as I hated that mix I did last year, that is the most viewed on my channel. The quality wasnt that great, but im happy with the quality of this one :)

I'm a die hard Madonna fan and I still hate that movie, It would've been waaaay better if Nikki was a serious character and didn't talk like that. My stepbrothers loved it tho. lol
@@DennisDimovski no, it was a really stupid movie. And her character was annoying af. and ruined the movie. You probably are developmentally stunted if you call that a good movie. Nikki should've been more of a serious character like the photos of that movie deceptively implies.
