What server/region are you playing on? I got the game and english patch. Made a force master but attacks are delayed by 0.4-0.5 seconds. Even though my ping is 4.5ms
Nope this game is very cpu intensive and heavily single thread so with loads of players showing and effects going off fps takes a hit, gpu utilization is only like 30%
@@spinecontratos3913 It was playable feels so much better than the same ms on say UE3 blade and soul. Inputs in Neo and on Retail Bns on UE4 is so much more responsive

No release date for NA/EU as of yet! Atm it's exclusive to China and no China doesn't use purple launcher
