    What is the impact of experience curve on Marketing strategy

      The short answer is that it does work on services, though I believe the impact variable is from .92 to .85. (see my example above) There are also economies of scale and large purchase discounts such as for advertising.

    what is the way to recover the fixed cost in the early days for a new entrance and then subsequently recover variable cost and earn profit only.

      Focus on profit maximization goals rather wealth maximization. Heavy advertisement to boost sale if you take life cycle approach companies doing same thing investing heavily on customer relationship brand loyalty unless or until their product enters in growth stage where market share high
