    Drills are the same as kata or forms but it’s in a two person sequence to develop skills of defense and attack eventually flows into free flow as participants get better speed and intinsity develops into complete free flow as ea respond to the attack of the other being free to attack and counter as one pleases… it’s awesome!!!

    We do this in Taechi as slip hands as a exercise of slip hand the same this technique.
