Rugged Ridge Bipod and Rear Rest Review

I have been using the Rugged Ridge Bipod (12oz) and Rear Support System (4.4oz) this fall with good results.

Which other bipod would you recommend beside this rugged ridge? I already have an atlas bipod. And a accumag bipod.

Have you ever shot with a mono pod? I like a mono pod because it allows for macro adjustments what are your thoughts
