@ExactConsciousness Engine swapped atenza is mental lol. Almost 1000hp fully tuned, extremely fuel efficient because gr.1 engine. Alfa is good with the Suzuki v8 gr.3 engine swap. Mustung and corvette are good for American races. RCZ gr3 road version I don't like. Renault gr3 road version is easy to drive and quick.
This is a fantastic guide and I cannot overstate how much I love this car. It's so fun to drive and the speed is crazy. It's quite amusing how big the other cars look when you're side by side in this tiny thing.
If you DO pass someone on yellow, let them by ASAP you'll still get your CRB. It can easily happen when the yellow is thrown and you're following closely/about to overtake the car ahead. Hit the brakes and let them by you until the green and you'll still pocket the bonus.
Tried the Honda. Saw some rain coming that would arrive in lap 3. Said “I’ll chance it” and ended up skidding so badly i got a 36 sec penalty. Didn’t know you could get a penalty that big. Spun twice and still had 2:13 lead. Fun😂
Grinding Le Mans at least for 15M too, because I saw your video with the Honda (I’m also playing on VR2 + Wheel). Since I have no clue how to tune, I was riding only with Turbo and orig. settings. Breaks: 5 on rear. Fuel Mix 1. One stop for fuel. IM’s if necessary. For me it’s more fun with Mix 1, you’ve a little break and you are still at least 3mins ahead even on 2 chillies. I’m grinding now Spa with the 1.5M/h ”hack” for some time. I will now go back on the Honda with your settings. Thanks man!
Thank for the updated build, been out of grinding for a long time at this point but gonna get back in to it with a new sim setup. Only thing I got used was the CSL Elite base lol.
I love using the GrB cars for the Le Man's grind, they don't take much tuning, they're great in the wet and you're hitting 200mph on the long straights so you can smash the field easily. In fact if you set it up for track I would argue that it's probably better than the Honda. Not great on fuel but even on 6 you are way faster than the ai on hard.
Wall-riding with an Escudo or GT-R '17 in Tokyo is the fastest money right now. 24 minutes for 825k. Run it 3 times and you have made 2.475 million in just over an hour.
Yeah, I did 40 races (20 laps) in one day, and I just can't bring myself to play it much more than two races on occasion. No car should take a whole day on a game to aquire (20 million 😤) 491 cars and some of them by random invite or recycling inventory? So annoying. I got 298 cars so far and I've been playing for about a year (11 months).
I love this car and event, but I'll be real - I've been running this simple setup for a year or so and it's cheap and easy: '11 Renault Megane Trophy w/ High RPM Turbo. That's it. It absolutely destroys everything on the straights, doesn't cost millions, and pitstops dont matter because you will be miles ahead Love your videos, though!!
Should’ve also updated the set up on the Aston VGT as it has different aero values than the ones you had in the video, 26-27 minute race and same reward at 600pp with the tokyo event
I tried this and it is fun to drive until you brake. I found under braking it turns into a baby deer on ice. I'm back to my dependable Evo with a few pit stops.
I think you'll be able to get a seriously similar experience with the BAC, which is so much cheaper. It has great tyre wear and fuel efficiency, good speed too, I'm no seasoned pro and I get laps around 4:10-4:20
I have to say using this car for Le Mans after watching your top 5 video last week is a revelation (I'm late to the party). In the dry it's perfect but if you stay out too long beyond lap 2 in the rain and that rain turns to a storm its motion sickness inducing.. With the amount of uncontrollable spins i've had on the Mulsane straight etc it's as if the throttle is stuck open and the revs don't go down. It's weird. 🤢 I'll definitely update it to your fresh settings. ❤
I run RM tires, mid turbo, fuel 1, shift without reving the motor hard like you do and only pit if it rains. It saves fuel if you don't rev the hell out of the motor. Shift at quarter to halfway.
Corvette C6 with Racing Hard tires, and lightweight is the way to go. Put on fuel map 6 and make 6 laps....changing tires if necessary because of the rain
Much better to just run Racing medium tires and no turbo, that way it doesn’t feel like you’re driving on ice as the racing hard offer next to no grip.
I only just hit level 50 today so I've not been able to do engine swaps, and money making for me has been tuning all types of cars to win the 30 min Mans race. But don't you folks feel like you're missing some of the fun here, waiting for a new exploit each month or so? You're basically not even playing the game. I got a lot of enjoyment and a feeling of achievement tuning a Fairlady Z '23's nine gears. I imagine looking up what car to buy and copying someone else's tune build so I can earn enough money to do it again would bore me to death of this game.
Thats what I use too. It's a little hairy if you try to brake in the turns but adjust by doing all your braking in advance and its smooth sailing. Its likely more my setup than anything, but it turns well now and makes for a fun ride

All you do is put buy turbo high, RPM full control computer 100 performance 200 -1 100 All you buy is custom spoiler everything else leaves stock side, skirts, front and rear bumper just stuck The second spoiler it’s the tall one 20 270 Transmission full racing do final at 5500 and top speed 310 And tires racing hard and you should have intermediate racing and heavy wet racing And buy supercharger, medium turbo And the second one is strong And you buy the custom engine and white body Pp 700.00

I don’t get these weird setups. I’ve got a sort of standard that I’m comfortable with, and then I see setups online that I just don’t believe. It can’t be ideal, that random precision. Gt isn’t Syd Barrett. Anyway, my setup is different. More systematic. And I can make it work, so… you do you, I’ll stick with mine.

Plus if you're trying drive like a 'pro' GT7 AI just ain't that no matter the difficulty set again that's all part of it being easy. As for falling off a cliff I must've done real well to have my legs still intact after that fall. Like everyone else mentioned the whole point of this video is it being easy & stress free, it's a game and people certainly don't always have the time to mess around tuning cars for hours on end when the lead busy enough lives. This track is amazing for grinding money. I have at least 7 different cars tuned for this race
It's the litmus test for whether a car is worth using or not too

I always use the Alpine A220 race car from 1968, you pit every 3 laps on fuel map 4 but it still reaches 200mph and carries almost no tire wear

Its not the fastest, but if your looking for a fun build on Tokyo the 911 cs with aero, and sport suspension is one of my favorites.
Why are you using more camber in the rear? I thought the driven wheels usually are supposed to have less camber.

Just use any Gr.4 car, equip low rpm turbo, once in P1 change fuel map to "eco" and cruise to finish. If there is no rain it is one stop race.

It’s a turbo, not a supercharger. Also this is for easy grind money, not actual competitive racing.
