This reaper ability not works for every class but perfectly work on sorcerer , so i will explain using sorcerer POV. When sorcerer using chill skills like frost orb or blizzard, there are levels of debilitation , its range from 1 to 3 . level 1, reduce 2,5% enemy's skill damage reduction so if you get 2 more levels because of that reaper ability you will get 7,5% . But sir i dont have demon neer even flamehorn i hsve peacock but i put lucky drop chance spirit on it haha help me re read my comment about my spirits haha
