Hot repeatedly boiling oil on Chana from karai! We don´t know how long the oil has been boiling in the karai. Definitely a good recipe for cancer. Guys of course taste is important but please take care of your health also and discourage such practices. I would humbly request the shop owner to discontinue this type of "tarka".
