Thanks! I like the right to the point videos. So many times I'm looking for answers on RUclips and it takes for ever for the people to get to the point. Sometimes they never do.
Just found your channel. I’m a pretty decent experienced off roader. You have some great advice and able to explain it to both novice and experienced off roaders. Great channel
That was my weapon of choice, for a long time. I hated on Rubicons because Rubicon drivers are too lazy to just disconnect their sway bars. Then I found a Rubicon that I liked and damn if I didn't scoop her up. It's really nice just disconnecting with a button. I would guess that this is how early car owners felt when they used electric start.
Thanks for the great videos. I learn so much more from your videos than any others on RUclips ! Is it possible for you to do a video with a camera mounted under your jeep maybe, showing how the sway bar actually works when the button is disconnected and reconnected .
Hello Jeep Mamma! Love this video, thanks for taking the time to make it understood. A doubley thumbs up from me. :-) Can you tell me..... the blank button(s) space next to the sway bar and axle lock buttons... What can you put there? what fits there? How do you find that?
Your welcome. You could probably hook up lights to go there. Search the aftermarket industry. Try Spod Mine is still the same as I haven't added anything yet.
Thanks for the clear, concise explanation of the "magic buttons." I have a 2010 Ruby. No matter what my PLAN is, I never intend to use all the buttons, but it 's great insurance. Years ago I took my father-in-law on a hunt in a 1989 Chevy 4X4. Rain caused a landslide across the mountain road after we drove in and camped 4 miles off road. Never used the Warn winch on it before but as I tried to maneuver over the slide on our way out I ended up sliding backwards off the road down the mountain. I actually used the winch for the first time and always wondered how much I would have paid to get rescued if I didn't have the winch. Sorta the way I feel about the "magic buttons." If I need them ONLY once, they are worth the money!
I use my sway bar button every time I go off Road. I have used my axle lock button several times as well to get out of sticky situations. If you don't plan on "rock crawlin" then yes you would very rarely use these buttons. For me I use them.
Ok. So I have a 2021 rubicon diesel I just got. It also has a “magic” button that doesn’t have any description in the jeep manual. It has a duck on the button - I’m guessing it’s got something to do with water but no clue what. Any ideas??
The problem is is nobody ever tells you which side is which button they tell you about the buttons and what the buttons do but they don't say your left side button is for your axle lock or your right side button is for your axle lock how am I supposed to know which is which it's great to people want to explain it but nobody seems to think of the common sense of which a lot of us with older Jeeps don't have these manuals and that's the reason we're looking it up on RUclips it'd be great if somebody would think of that part like the one on the right is the one that does is the one on the left is the one that does this or say hey both of them do this I don't that's the whole point of me looking the video up
As long as the surface gives (mud, rocks, sand, etc) you will have no problem turning because of the give of the surface. It's on asphalt where you will break shit.
Gyeah great super video good explanation of everything.- well pronounced english!!!! Thanks I’ll check ur video i wanna learn how to operate a Jeep Wrangler rubicon.-
Im getting a 2013 jeep wrangle unlimited sport trail rated!!!! With 66xxx.- miles.- Isn’t perfect has some cosmetic issues.- here and there and i kinda scare!!!!! Will b my first jeep.-😬😬😬😬😬
got a Tj , I use a 18mm To remove the lower bolt/nut to free my sway bar , sometimes I have to hit it with a hummer to get it out but I love it 💪🏻🔧 . Quick question: does ur Jeep rear diff comes with a 35 or 44
These buttons are one of the main reasons I traded my Sahara for the Rubicon!
Hello!Jeep Momma I was wondering does Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon has Sliding Top?
Thanks for making a video that is right to the point and no nonsense involved. This was helpful!

Thank you! I'm no expert but I like to share what I have experienced. Glad you found my channel.
My sway bar disconnect button is a 18mm wrench.
:D I have one of those too! Back up... Let's hope not!
Me too - I here it popular!

so Jeep Momma does the sway bar button push up and down like the rear axle locker button.
No it does not. Just off or on on the bottom
Omg your videos are so informative. Great job keep it up
Thanks!
This was very usefull for me Momma! I have the same Jeep Rubicon here in Holland
Sweet!!! Do you off road there?

wade cates thanks! You made my day! That’s a good idea about the camera under the Jeep! I’ll have to look into it!
Thanks, because I don't understand what exactly is disconnecting, looks like everything I see is bolted together ?
Very good video, Thanks.
Jeff Bailey thanks!
Sarah Conners?
Blue Leaf Sahara Conner
Blue Leaf ha! I so almost pee’d!!!
Thanks Jeep Momma😊
I am surprised at how some folks don't know how to use them.
I installed sway bar disconnects on my Rubicon Hard Rock. The E disconnect doesn't give you full droop..Love your vids btw.
Thanks for watching! I did not know that about the e disconnects... or maybe I did and forgot. Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome, and thank you for posting. I highly recommend a set of quick disconnect links.
You didn't say anything when you moved the gear selector when disengage sway bar. What grear?
4 low only
Would you please explain what the steering wheel does?
BAWAHAHAHAHA!!!
Ur awesome 😎 🤙🏼
Thanks!
Do I need to account for these when I upgrade my stock jkur to a 3” lift?
Not at all

WOW!!! That's scary. Always be prepared Right?!!!
Cool buttons but how often are they really necessary. You really have to go out of your way into some really crazy shit to use these features.

Duck??? Are you looking at it wrong?
Sometimes it is the simplest things that people don't know how to do.
Isn't that the truth!
I hate the fact my rear axel won’t turn off though 😞
Oh NO!!! Find a off road shop to see if they can help you!
@@JeepMomma thank you I will be doing that now
Wait the sway bar is supposed to reconnect? Typically it just fails on me and is left in the unconnected mode, thanks Chrysler.

@@colonialroofingofnorthcaro441 the axle lock button says axle lock and the sway bar says sway bar or lock
What if u have to make super sharp turns while going in a mega slippery extra steep ascent? Keep locks on tho u said they make extremely hard to turn?
That's a tough question. you can turn but it's hard, if you go slow enough you can.
As long as the surface gives (mud, rocks, sand, etc) you will have no problem turning because of the give of the surface. It's on asphalt where you will break shit.

Mopar Family sure thing!
