I love how Kyle is also so much like his brother. As a long time fan of the series it's awesome in so many ways to see kyle. We miss danny hope he is well. And again congrats to Jon, this episode is cool from the get go just in terms of you guys. It's been an absolute delight watching you guys grow change not just with the game but this group is a great example of how magic is fun and creates real bonds. I think all metas strive to be like you guys, and it is beautiful.

oh mah gawdd.. Rakdos Charm in Jeremy's hand at 55:03. If he would have exiled Stephen's graveyard at the end of Kyle's turn, in response to the "graveyard -> top of library" activation at 59:45, we might have actually had a game!
Yep. But instead he kept playing useless cards and wasting his mana instead of playing to win. I think he gave up at that point.

Because he's their boss and wants to appear relevant. He's been my least favorite person they've had on by far.
Jeremy is actually my favorite on this series, but he frustrates me because he does such questionable moves. I want to suggest some decks to him because I think some of my deck ideas would mesh well with his style, but I'm afraid he would frustrate me.

How about a kaiju theme commander vs? You could have a bunch of giant monsters (and a small tribal theme) and maybe a humans deck that builds giant robots? You could do kracken, dinosaur, hydras, grunn (King Kong), dragons, giants, and dare I say maybe even an eldrazi deck. Just make sure all the generals are (or become) giant. Kind of inspired off of pacific rim and the king of tokyo board game. For the giant robots you could do a metalwork colossus as a general since we know you can do whatever you want on the show.
Side option: you could do a special episode like the Halloween horde ones where it’s the humans vs the kaiju deck or the kaiju vs tokyo

I know that the colors for Commander VS. is pretty much set in stone but I would have liked if Director Kyle got a custom color for his side
Purple. Then they could represent the 5 colors of magic. Red, Green, and Blue are self-explanatory, Gold as White, and Black as Purple.
Nah, Kyle gets the rainbow or true white.
Even on camera, Director Kyle still sounds like he's in a tin can somewhere on the far side of the county.

Loved this game, and congrats to John on the good news. Quick question: Did Jeremy fail to notice that when he destroyed all artifacts (I think twice in the game) he left his signets in play......shouldnt they have gone too?

its OK, in the same turn he plays a charm for absolutely no reason and then is 1 mana short of recasting his general to reestablish a board. Simultaneously punting and cheating at the same time is a feat only he could accomplish.

When a player makes a mistake they should lose a point unless they can bring it up at the end and explain because the real goal here is to learn from our mistakes;) This was a particularly painful episode watching Jeremy and his mana rocks stay as they were in constant use giving him an advantage that he should not have had.. #JonGoroBaby4Life
